I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me That’s not fair I want my money back

Terrible customer service, I went to this resort with my sister, and both of our family in total we were 10 people 4 adults and 6 kids. Went we arrived at the hotel, we was told that the reservation for the restaurant's a La Carta was not guaranteed and that they were booked for our stays and that we were a pretty big group of people, went I claimed that he was wrong on telling us that this one was his answer “we we are not the owner of the resort”. Due to this issues customer service got involved and they book the restaurants for us, we went to the Italian restaurant the next night and they discriminated us because we were to much people, the server didn’t even asked us if we want anything to drink. I told my sister let’s get out of here. Went we arrived to our rooms, we found cockroaches. I didn’t reported at first because It can be understandable that there are some customers not that clean and I didn’t reported to the front desk but when we went to have dinner I also found a fly on the food and then I started to take pictures of everything. The worse part was at night, they smell (Bad) we didn’t sleep that night because they room was so humid and the smell at FECES was the worse of the worse. I reported this to customer service, they changed was front that room without any notice for the new room. Terrible experience, I can told you I visited the Iberostar Mexico and it was not like here. The only people who treated us well was Pablo (The guy and the breakfast doing the eggs), (the ladies and the chefs in the Japanes restaurant). I didn’t requested a refund because all the kids were crying, another bad thing was the key to open the rooms every day we have to go to the front desk to activate them, they told us not to put them close to electronic devices because they get deactivated which we did but anyways that didn’t prevent the key to not function. I won’t recommend this resort, and I won’t come back here again.
