9.5/10 would recommend this location for a weekend get away or for planning an event. We had looked at a couple different venues in Rosarito/Puerto Nuevo/Ensenada and decided to have our event here since it had many wedding packages to choose from, plenty of space for friends and family to stay at the resort, and Flor the event coordinator was more than a pleasure to work with. Flor was very helpful throughout the whole preparation process and leading up to the event she made sure everything was well taken care of. Their preselected vendors were amazing and very attentive to our needs and questions. We were able to build our dream wedding event with the help of the hotel and Flor’s team. Our family enjoyed staying at this resort/hotel and was able to spend a few days exploring the nearby areas. The breakfast buffet and bar were nice to entertain guests and family. We highly recommend this venue and location for an amazing event/wedding.

We were recently married at Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel y Villas and were completely impressed by the work of the venue. Everything was perfect. The location, the food, and the service is exceptional. The venue has an amazing coordinator, Flor, who is exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this venue. A heartfelt thank you to Flor and her team for an unforgettable day.

After months of searching for the perfect wedding venue we finally hit the jackpot with puerto Nuevo Baja hotel y villas! The staff was incredible, the resort was clean, the atmosphere was perfect, but most importantly the resorts wedding coordinator PHENOMENAL! She made my wedding planning so much easier. I will forever be grateful for Flor Alvarado! Thank you a million times over. You made my dream wedding come true!

Horrible experience bad customer service took 2 hours just to get towels in the room very disappointed staff was not helpful they were rude and I was not comfortable there no ac in the rooms it was hot and stuff and needs to update the decor it’s all old furniture

El bar lo cierran temprano entre semana; en mi caso no llevaba carro y no tienen servicio a la habitaciòn lo unico que ofrecian era agua y el restaurante igual cerraba temprano y vi varis cucarachas muertas en los pasillos y el mosquitero se mi cuarto estaba roto eso tampoco me gustò porque yo queria oir el mar pero se iban a entrar los zancudos Eso si el personal super amable

Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, hay areas comunes que están bien y otras no tanto, los pasillos están muy descuidados y en algunos aspectos sucios. El cuarto que nos tocó estaba en condiciones aceptables, pero no de acuerdo a lo que cuesta, pues al ser 4 personas el precio se incrementó mucho. El servicio de restaurant está bueno, pero a un costo algo elevado. En resumen, podria estar mucho mejor al ser de las pocas opciones en Puerto Nuevo. Por el precio las expectativas eran altas.

Pros: Very nice pool areas, beautiful grounds, pleasant staff, good rates, room condition was satisfactory, walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and grocery/convenience stores. Cons: No AC/heat in standard rooms, beds were overly firm, pillows small and flat, no elevators so some rooms can be a hike, very low shower water pressure during our stay.
