The hotel is in a good location, only a five-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. All rooms facing the sea are sea view rooms. WiFi is also great. You can choose to stay here when you go to Torres del Paine Park.

Estuve 8 dias en el hotel, la ducha mala costaba que se fuera el agua, tenia hongos, el aseo regular , no se cambiaba las toallas todos los dias, demasiado ruido entre piezas, el desayuno regular , los de recepcion muy amables ,estaban haciendo reparaciones y no dieron aviso.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was extremely disappointed by the constant internal noise generated by mechanical systems, most likely from motors or air extraction units. The sound was persistent, resembling a low-frequency industrial hum that never ceased—day or night—making it nearly impossible to sleep without earplugs. It wasn’t street noise or occasional disturbances; it was a structural issue likely tied to poor insulation or faulty placement of HVAC systems. Even with windows closed and room doors shut, the vibration and mechanical droning were clearly audible throughout my stay. Management seemed aware but offered no real solution. If you’re sensitive to noise or value restful sleep, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. This is not a place for relaxation or quiet work.
