The hotel is in a good location, only a five-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. All rooms facing the sea are sea view rooms. WiFi is also great. You can choose to stay here when you go to Torres del Paine Park.

Muy buena ubicación frente al cuerpo de agua y con vista a las montañas. El spa con vista a las montañas es genial, así como también el restaurante y el bar. La habitación era un poco caliente para mi gusto y la ventana no se podía abrir sin que el viento se lleve todo 😂

Excelente hotel Indigo su vista,habitaciones,restaurant,y lo mejor su personal...recepcion ,especialmente Tamara la supervisora!!!!graciass por todo,lo recomiendo por su ubicacion frente a la costanera y a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad

Look there is building going on but its not too bad. Yes they could have told us that b4 we booked but it starts at 8 is not that loud and u need to get up at about 6 to go to the national park anyway. Room is pleasant despite strange layout. Water pressure is gr8. Staff are not overly knowlegable about activites so come knowing what u want to do. This place is probs 3.5/5 you could do a lot worse.

Pésima estadía, están con trabajos de ampliación que generan todo el día ruidos muy molestos,además no tienen servicio de mantencion que ayude a apagar los secadores de toallas que requiere de herramientas, NO lo recomiendo

The building seems to be undergoing construction, so they paid the little attention to the condition of current rooms. The room I stayed looked pretty rundown. One part of baseboard was missing, and the shower stall was as dirty. But the staff were very friendly and helpful!

This was a great modern hotel for visiting Torres del Paine. Big rooms and breakfast and restaurant were outstanding. Very friendly staff.
