Finding this place is a nightmare unless you know where to go. Google and Apple Maps is wrong and I drove 20 min up and down the streets trying to find where to go. Finally got out and walked and found the place! The first room they gave me smelled like mold and the ac didn’t work. The next room was much better but the floor was wet and the room felt damp. After turning the ac on and going to the beach, which is steps away, I came back to a nice cool room. Pool was nice for a dip after the beach. Restaurant next door had a wedding that went far into the night with loud music and I had to be up at 4 am so wasn’t happy about that. Bring ear plugs! Beach is right in front of a reef you can swim out to for free!

The hotel room was very unkempt, there is a lot of humidity on the walls, curtains, and walls.

Pool was dirty. Pump never was running. Algae coated the sides. I made the mistake of leaning up against the side and when I pulled away my swim top was covered in green ( a $100 swim top). They tried to claim it was from. People’s sunscreen that my top had done this. 7 nights pool never got resolved. Bed had ants crawling all over it Hotel staff not friendly I do not recommend staying here.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was a disaster from the start — the bedding was visibly dirty and had a foul smell. There was a strong sewage odor throughout the room that never went away. To make things worse, there were ants crawling around the floor and furniture. No in-room safe was provided, which made me uncomfortable leaving anything valuable behind. When I brought up these issues to the staff, they were dismissive and rude, offering no real help or apology. Save your money and stay elsewhere — this place was a huge disappointment.

El desayuno que está incluido en algunos paquetes es lo único bueno de este lugar porque es un restaurante “aparte”. Fuera de eso, el beach club es completamente decepcionante. Si hay mucha gente, no tienes acceso a los camastros (que, por cierto, son sumamente viejos) a menos que le pagues a alguien no menos de $400. El señor que está encargado de los camastros te cobra bajo el argumento de que estos ya están apartados por gente que va únicamente al beach club y que no es huésped (tienen prioridad esas personas sobre los huéspedes). La mesera del beach club tiene la peor actitud posible; es sumamente grosera y pedante y más si eres mexicano. La recepción da pésima imagen porque está llena de cosas, parece una bodega de objetos viejos u olvidados. Fue una experiencia decepcionante.

This property is in a great location and does have a beach club and restaurant
However, be aware that the actual hotel itself is in terrible disrepair as evidence by crumbling Stucco pour shower pressure and very basic furniture
If you’re looking for a budget hotel in Puerto Morales, but you’re willing to spend a little more money there are better options available
