El peor hotel que he visitado del grupo. Necesitan hacer un analisis del porque el nivel de servicio es tan malo. El personal responsable de bares y restaurantes en lugar de ayudar para satisfacer a clientes, solo estan pendientes de cerrar 30 mins antes de la hora ofrecida.

Hola, acabamos de llegar de una semanita en este fantástico resort. Nos ha encantado !! El personal de 10/10, atentos en los restaurantes, bares, las habitaciones, las instalaciones limpias con mucho personal dedicado 24/7 a que disfrutemos y no nos falte de nada. El ROM Servis lo hemos utilizado tres noches , porque de las excursiones veníamos muertos, el personal muy amable , dedicado , servicio rápido y excelente. Las chicas de recepción de los restaurantes muy amables y nos atendieron en todo detalle, los camareros de los restaurantes atentos que no nos faltara nada, agua, vino, recomendaciones, un 10! Del bufete del desayuno destacar la chica que nos hacía las tortillas cada día, íbamos a ella siempre. Fantástica! En Recepción nos atendieron e informaron de todo con todo detalle y amabilidad. Veníamos por mi cumpleaños y nos hicieron un detalle . Hemos quedado encantados, volveríamos al mismo hotel sin dudarlo!!! Muchas gracias equipo por estas vacaciones inolvidables!!!

I celebrated my birthday at Dreams Jade and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere, but what truly made the difference was Carlos, the butler. His service was exceptional—always attentive, kind, and making sure every detail was perfect to celebrate my special day. Thanks to him, I felt truly cared for and celebrated. From the little surprises to the flawless organization of every moment, everything was outstanding. Carlos made this birthday absolutely unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back soon.

This is a great family resort! During this time, there were hardly any small children around, which was nice as we traveled with our 17 year-old son and his girlfriend. The resort is well maintained, and the food is great! The seaweed is terrible this time of year, but the pool was an awesome vibe! We absolutely love the staff here especially the server Edwin, he’s the absolute best!! He treated us like his own family. The service he provides is excellent and he made our family feel very special. Eduardo is another server in the French restaurant and he provided us with an amazing dining experience.
