Desire Riviera Maya Resort All Inclusive - Couples Only

We had an awesome trip. The food was excellent in every restaurant. We loved the Bar staff and out Butlers Erica and Mike we beyond excellent. The only think Top shelf alcohol is lacking, The now longer carry Crown Royal and Grey Goose Vodka. We have to stop at duty free in the Cancun Airport to get what we want. We are already booked to go back for Thanksgiving this year.

Another great visit to Desire RM. We are visiting five times this year so there must be something about the place we really like. We are always asked to review when we get home and we do take it seriously. As usual the service was great and always provided with a smile. The staff is always on hand and easy to find. Any requests are attended to promptly and completely. The resort is maintained continuosly and always clean by a 5-star crew that are maticulous. For a few trips we did notice a decline in the quality of food. We met the new chefs and sous chef and did notice the menu and quality has gotten better. We always like to call out employees who did an exceptional job. It is kinda hard because they are all exceptional, but these are a few that we'd like to mention: Beatriz, Geronimo, Luis Carbahal, Leonardo, Isreal, Roger, Jose, Ever, Hector, Angel, Guadalupe, Porfina, Darveslio, Gabriel, Eunice, Carlos, Luan, Carlos (buffet) Enrique, Alberto, Jesus, Esteban, Meghan, Litzi, Larissa, Therapist Lupe, Luis, Esrella, Lilianee, Vanessa, Arely and Miguel Angel Peinado-Saban. The resort is a big place and of course there is always something that needs attention. The pool and jacuzzi plaster has gotten so rough and deteriorating. For such a new facility it is surprising. The hot tub temp is almost always scolding hot. The disco is frezzing cold and the music is entirely to loud. You can barely speak to the person standing next to you. Lastly the playroom is blasted with music whenever the door opens and people in the playroom are entirely to loud and not in a good way. Really don't want to hear people talking about kids, home and job. Huge buzz kill. In closing, we always get treated like royalty and love everyone there. We are scheduled way out on our trips to RM becuase of the employees, service, and the resort itself.

The resort is wonderful. The food, accommodations, service were excellent. The spa staff Ely and Luis were outstanding and the service they provided were beyond are expectations.

Probably the best place in Mexico. A fun, elegant place where there's always something to do. The food was always great, and there were pizzas and tacos available until 3 AM. They also had a 24-hour bar with dozens of top-shelf bottles. But the best part is the staff. There are so many people to remember, and I don’t want to forget anyone, but from breakfast to the pool, the lady who cleaned our room, to the dinner service and the entertainers—EVERYONE was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.
