Es el hotel que siempre nos alojamos cuando vamos a Chile y nos gusta mucho(linda vista,amplias habitaciones,impecable y y con excelente calefaccion).Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la piscina climatizada que esta entre 26 y 28 °, en invierno no es climatizada..es fria...Esa temperatura es para el verano. Una lastima porque llovió y teníamos planes de utilizarla. Seria bueno contar con algún snack par cuando alguien queire tomar un trago.

Old hotel but well maintained, clean, spacious and very good service. We always return because the people are friendly and professional. It has a restaurant with a spectacular view and a very good buffet breakfast included in the rate. Perhaps the only thing would be to extend the possibility of dinner by one more hour since the kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m.

I went with my family for 7 nights, two rooms we were 5 people. EXCELLENT SERVICE, impeccable cleanliness, they gave us everything extra that we requested, spacious rooms, comfortable and clean beds, large, clean and comfortable bathroom, it had a mini kitchen, and it worked perfectly. The reception staff were 10/10, friendly and accessible, we had no problems of any kind. I highly recommend it, despite being on the main street, there was no noise at all, our rooms faced the sea and the main street. We requested a transfer service, it arrived on time and the truck was clean. The restaurant is all exquisite and top-notch, the breakfasts and lunches are excellent, lots of variety. We left early and we didn't make it to the schedule, so they were going to leave us breakfast at night. The truth is they had everything we asked for. PS: it is charged in dollars, it was the first time I traveled, so that may be why I was unaware that when you get there they charge you in the dollar value of that day, not when you booked. We loved the hotel, it has its old touch which stands out among the other hotels. Quick and expeditious check-in, very spacious and cozy rooms, good shower and great jacuzzi for a bath. Enviable view of the sea and city and a minibar with the necessary items. It also has a small kitchen that is quite useful. The restaurant for dinner is very good, the food is exquisite! Very filling breakfast with many options to enjoy. The spacious heated pool with a beautiful view on the top floor.

The Abba Presidente Suites Hotel is located at the waterfront in the centre of unimpressive Puerto Montt. The hotel was built in 1993, renovated in 2001 and offers 49 rooms over 9 floors. On floor 8 you find the restaurant and on floor 9 is the pool. Furnishings and decoration provide an seafaring atmosphere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We moved from a street-side room with a bay-view, to a very spacious and more quiet room on floor 3. The adequately furnished & decorated room had desk & chair, bench, dining table & 2 chairs and flat-screen TV and a small separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower over the bath. In the room a separate small kitchenette with fridge, sink, magnetron, stove-top and a limited number of kitchen utensils, plates & glasses. There also was a separate small dressing room with wardrobe & safe. All was very clean. Windows can be opened. Complimentary free Wi-Fi Internet. Wi-Fi is well connected in the lobby, restaurant & pool and connected poor in the room. In the restaurant a buffet breakfast is served with an OK variety: scrambled eggs, cold cuts & cheese, bread & waffles, cereals, milk & yoghurt, fruit juice, rolls & pain au chocolat, tea & coffee. We found the Abba Presidente Suites Hotel comfortable, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

The hotel is not 4 stars, the information published on the website is not the same as that given by the National Tourism Service, when we consulted they said that it does not have stars, High price and poor service - quality, the bathrooms are covered and disgusting. Closed pool. Restaurant closed. It needs to be remodeled, They are old installations, Refrigerator does not work. Old furniture, very old room with wooden bed. Hotel without renovation of the taps, broken bathroom lid, very dirty carpet.
