The hotel is located on the edge of a tributary of the Amazon River. There are several villas in a large yard and a nice lobby where you can rest and eat. Tea, coffee, and fruit are provided free of charge. The breakfast and dinner are good and attentive. There is no air conditioning in the room, only electric fans, which is enough. There is 24-hour hot water, no shampoo or shower gel, only a bar of soap. This should be improved. If you come for adventure, you should not have higher requirements. The airport is responsible for pick-up and drop-off. The tour guide cooperating with the hotel is great. On the afternoon of the first day, we went to the private territory to swim in the lake, see small sturgeons, fish for piranhas, and watch the sunset. On the second day, we took a boat to the nature reserve to see various animals. Although the two and a half days were short, the experience was great!

We spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, our guide was great and all the staff are very friendly. The accommodation is comfortable but you also still get to feel very close to the nature around you. We were lucky to see lots of animals despite heavy rain impacting the order of our activities. Highly recommend you stay here!

Excelente costó-beneficio, esta es una muy buena opción si lo que buscas es una experiencia cómoda y segura, quizás hay alojamientos más lujosos, pero estando en la Amazonia preferí un lugar más natural, y aun así el alojamiento lo tiene todo!, tuve la oportunidad de ver, muuuuuchos monos, perezosos, caimanes, loros, sapos, añus, tarantulas, serpientes, capibara y hasta nutrias gigantes de rio, esta es una experiencia que debes vivir si te gusta la naturaleza, las actividades siempre empezaron puntuales, nuestro guía Augusto fue increíble con el avistamiento de fauna y tiene muy buena vibra se esforzó para darnos muchas bonitas experiencias, el staff del lodge es muy amigable, Elíseo estuvo siempre ayudándonos y conviviendo con nosotros, la comida se sirve puntual y es deliciosa son platillos regionales pero elaborados por un chef, un día nos dio pescado frito memorable. El lodge esta a 30 minutos del aeropuerto lo que facilita mucho la llegada y salida, ellos coordinan todo, si necesitas algo por ejemplo un medicamento, también se encargan de conseguirlo, tienen una torre de canopy que te permite explorar desde las alturas y ver la fauna que anda por ahí. En cuanto a las actividades es difícil escoger una favorita porque todas tuvieron su encanto, pero la visita al lago Sandoval fue increíble, un lugar hermoso y lleno de paz, cabe mencionar que Augusto me pudo conseguir piraña frita para probarla, la Colpa de loros fue hermosa y aunque me dio miedo al principio la navegación en kayak fue super divertida y siempre estuvieron cuidándonos, no tengo más que buenas cosas que decir de Tronco tambopata, volvería a ir sin duda,

Very clean property with good quality and tasty food. Tour guide was very accommodating and always tried his best to show as many wildlife as possible. They did their best to shuffle and complete all activities as planned despite the inconvenience caused by bad weather and rain. Overall everybody in the property were so friendly and rendered great service. Excellent value for money.

It was an excellent experience! We saw so many animals, the bungalows are very comfortable and the food is very delicious. If you are looking for a unique, real experience of the amazon rainforest, this is the right place! They even have a zipline and a high woden bridge on the property with amazing views.

I'm from Canada and have never seen a jungle so getting to spend a couple nights here was an incredible experience! I had a cool lodge with super friendly staff and amazing food (you'll never go hungry here!). My guide Freddie showed me around the reserve, taking me on amazing adventures. I felt completely safe and made some great friends.
