My experience in this hotel was horrible, my bathroom sink was overflowing with sewage , no joking and the hotel crew acting like was nothing and they never changed my room and kept the charges , all kind bugs running around and they were charging me things from other people room , I’m now trying to dispute the charges

El personal es muy atento, la vista es espectacular se siente una vibra única en el ambiente; la comida es deliciosa la recomiendo. Pedí un lomo saltado y estaba jugoso, con una presentación muy bonita.

Excelente estadía en Delfines. Ya es la segunda vez que lo elegimos como alojamiento. Tiene el mejor Restaurante de Chicama y el personal es excelente; ellos te hacen la diferencia también. Muy recomendable.

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours et trois nuits, l’hôtel est très bien situé, au plus près du spot de surf. Depuis Trujillo la route est longue et on a l’impression d’arriver au bout du monde. Pourtant le confort et l’accueil sont bien là. Notre petit garçon a adoré le piano au restaurant, et nous la vue magnifique sur océan pour boire un verre et manger. Les repas sont bons, copieux et servis avec de beaux et vrais sourires. L’espace piscine est très bien protégé du vent de terre qui est très fort parfois. Vraiment super expérience que je recommande ! Ah ! Et j’ai adoré aussi la déco et l’eau chaude à la douche 😌

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado. Me gustó la forma en que se combinan muy bien las comodidades propias de la civilización y el toque rústico natural de una playa tan particular. Por otro lado, la gestión de los trabajadores de la recepción, en especial Tania y sus compañeros, fue excelente. Por ejemplo, mi pareja tuvo un problema en el oído y nos llamaron a un mototaxi para ir al médico, el cual estaba prácticamente al lado del hotel y pudimos solventar nuestra dolencia. Además, Tania gestionó la reserva de más habitaciones de una manera eficiente. Asimismo quedamos muy satisfechos con la atención prestada en el Restaurante del hotel. Las señoritas que atendian fueron muy amables y atentas, recomiendo el arroz chaufa con pollo, fue mi favorito y el de mi hija de 7 años. También me gustaría resaltar la amabilidad de los trabajadores que arreglaban la habitación. En general todos muy dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de nuestra estancia un placer.

La paz y tranquilidad para descansar frente al mar fabuloso, la atención tanto al registrarte como en el comedor super agradable. Sólo recomiendo fumigar de vez en cuando para evitar la picadura de hormigas que se posan en los muebles y limpiar siempre la piscina. Los perritos son creación divina pero evitar que dejen sus heces y orina por donde caminan los hospedantes. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy agradable.
