After staying at another Dazzler property in Buenos Aires, we hoped to have a similarly good experience at the Puerto Madryn hotel, but we were sorely disappointed. There were multiple problems with the rooms, including no water pressure/hot water, keycards not working, and the most annoying of all —- sweltering rooms with no ability to control the air temperature. All rooms require you to call the front desk and ask to adjust the temperature. Whatever they did does nothing. You have to choose between opening the window and hearing loud street noise, or roasting. Mattresses were uncomfortable, breakfast buffet was inedible, and front desk staff were apathetic at best. Avoid!

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia en el hotel. El personal es muy servicial, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la habitación súper amplia , camas muy cómodas y desayuno correcto. El hotel si bien no cuenta con pileta, posee un jacuzzi y sauna que hay que reservar por turnos de 45 minutos. También se pueden reservar bicicletas y reposeras para la playa. Hay una terraza con vista panorámica hacia el mar.

Óptimo lugar para vacacionar en un punto estratégico. Estás a cuatro cuadras del centro. Dispone de todos los servicios en la zona. Si te hospedas en este hotel lo acordes que pidas con vista al mar dado que está justo enfrente del mismo. El hotel cuenta con escaleras para ingresar dado que no está el nivel de la vereda

Hermoso hotel con vista al mar , habitaciones espaciosas y comodas. El personal muy amable y como soy celiaco me dieron un tratamiento especial en el desayuno si bien no tenian opciones especiales para celiacos de todas maneras le pusieron onda y lo resolvieron
