Felt like walking into a 1990s Movie. Everything is very outdated. Everything works, “well kept”. But everything (even the staff) feels tired. Could use some TLC, specially for what they are charging per night.

Clean rooms, outdated equipment from a past era. Friendly and attentive staff. Old facilities, noisy AC, and unpleasant lighting. Fair price for a central but declining area. Economical and safe

We decided to spend 1 night (March 30 to 31, 2024) to begin our return to Caracas on March 31. At 2 am an infernal noise was activated in the horrible air conditioning, which did not let us rest. Impossible to turn it off due to the heat in Puerto la Cruz. When complaining on the day of check out, the person in the lobby only thought to say: I'm sorry. Look for other options. We were 3 families in 4 rooms, and the same thing happened to all of us

Good cleaning and attention from the staff. To improve, we arrived around 10pm (busy time for those who arrived by ferry) and they had no place to buy water or room service, at breakfast they put yogurt saying it was cream (I make the observation and they get upset and don't even They tested it to see if it was false or true) and the coffee is already added with sugar, without indicating it.

I stay there at least once a month, very good service, at the reception, restaurant. Quite clean and comfortable, spacious rooms and a very good location for being on the go. Just one detail, the air temperature should be 2 degrees lower.
