Compré un paquete en el que ya estaba asignado este hotel y la verdad fue una muy buena opción. La ubicación es perfecta, a media cuadra de la avenida principal, cerca de supermercados, farmacias y lugares para comer. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno tradicional pero completo. Todo el personal es muy amable, servicial y atento. Como nuestro vuelo era tarde, por una suma mínima, Ramona nos dejó quedarnos hasta la tardecita. Muy amorosa!

la habitación estaba bien equipada, cómoda, los aires acondicionados, internet y los tv funcionaban bien, le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento en general al complejo. Nos toco cerca del generador así que cada vez que prendía, parecía que teníamos un camión dentro de la habitación. Esta cerca de comercios y a 1 cuadra de la avenida principal.

The hotel is very nice, but it lacks a management system that focuses on its guests. They don't clean the room, they don't change the towels, they don't take out the trash, and they don't prepare breakfast. If you want a clean towel, you pay $2,500. If you don't have toilet paper, you have to ask for it. They give you a tray, and you make breakfast yourself, wash the dishes (in the bathroom), and there's not even a dishcloth to dry them. You're given two slices of bread, butter, a pastry, a jam (for each person), and tea/coffee bags. There isn't even a bottle of mineral water. You have to buy your own water to prepare your own breakfast. The breakfast service is terrible. On the second day, they "forgot" to buy bread, and I had to go buy it myself. We were there three nights and had to use the same towels every day. It doesn't cost them anything to prepare a tray with some chips, cereal, some ham and cheese, and have a water dispenser. THEY MUST TAKE CARE OF THOSE ASPECTS!

It was a very pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived, even though it was before check-in, they let us in. On the day of departure, they let us use the facilities until they picked us up. Everyone was very friendly, and Ramona provided excellent service.
