I am not sure how to evaluate this place. The Lodges where we were placed first was a terrible place, full with all type of insects and spiders. The people at the hotel were very gentle and took care immediately of our request for a change of room, and moved us the the main hotel, which was really nice. I have bad things and good things to say about this hotel

Beautiful and very spacious lodges, very well lit and the beds super comfortable, everything was wonderful and the dress was beautiful! Everything was 10 points, the cleaning service was excellent, they cleaned the house every day, the breakfast was first class, the attention of the staff was very cordial.

Cero recomendable, se fué la luz, nadié respondió en los teléfonos, no hay servicio de comida.
Nos quedamos atrapados porque como no había luz, no abría el porton eléctrico, tuvimos que brincarnos para poder salir.

Muy buena cabaña y mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. Es amplia, la limpian todos los días, la pileta es espectacular y sin horario restringido por lo que podes pasar un rato en la noche cálida. Mucha vegetación alrededor que le da más privacidad a las cabañas. La ubicación esta buena y si querés moverte en transporte público hay una parada de taxis y buses a 50 metros.

El entorno es muy lindo. No está en pleno centro (a mi eso me gusta). Rodeado de verde y vegetación. El predio es seguro sobre una hermosa a avenida a 3 cuadras de Hitos 3 fronteras. El hotel (Raices Esturión) está de un lado de la calle y los lodges (Raices Amambai) enfrente en diagonal a unos metros. El desayuno ok. No muy variado pero estuvo muy bien y el lugar para desayunar muy lindo (sobre todo la galeria) La limpieza de las cabañas perfecto. A diferencia del hotel son nuevas y están impecables. Para ir con niños para mi fue ideal! Hay más espacio y una pequeña cocinita con todo lo necesario (vajilla, microondas, pava eléctrica, etc) Es una lastima que no lo exploten bien. Ese lugar bien explotado y bien atendido sería excelente! Almorzamos un día en el hotel y la comida estuvo ok pero nada pasa destacar. Hay dos restos para ir a comer caminando... uno que nos encantó esta cruzando la calle (wicz bar, al lado del centro de convenciones) Comimos unas pastas riquísimas, el sándwich de carne y bondiola mechada espectaculares, la mejor ensalada Cesar que comí en los últimos tiempos y tragos enormes y muy buenos! El personal súper amable! Otro lugar es Punto ar con una súper vista a las 3 fronteras y comida excelente. (No nos fue fácil esto en Iguazú)

La ubicación es excelente. A metros del hito tres fronteras y a seis calles del centro. Reservé a través de booking y lo que allí publica el hotel no es cierto. No hay recepción en las cabañas ni sirven desayuno. El hotel queda a 200 metros donde hay que ir a desayunar. Te dan un número para hablar por whatsapp que no responden. No hay seguridad ni nada donde están las cabañas. Me respondieron que cambió por la pandemia y que lo dicen en su página, pero en booking no dice nada. Llovía dentro de la cabaña y no me respondían. Dos horas después me ofrecen una habitación en el hotel. La cabaña era para cuatro personas. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de cabaña. Siguieron alojando en la cabaña anterior sin hacer ningún arreglo. Las instalaciones mal mantenidas y muy húmedas. Si bien es un lugar es húmedo, los ambientes no tienen porque serlo. La limpieza bastante bien de las cabañas. El hotel muy sucio la parte de recepción. La atención en la recepción nefasta, salvo por la persona que nos resolvió el cambio. El desayuno mediocre y poco variado. El wi fi no funcionaba muy bien

Todo muy bien. La recepcion muy amables. El desayuno rico. La cabaña muy bonita y gon todos los extras . El unico pero que le pongo es que podrian llevar el equipaje de la recepcion a las cabañas .
