Raices Amambai Lodges

Beautiful and very spacious lodges, very well lit and the beds super comfortable, everything was wonderful and the dress was beautiful! Everything was 10 points, the cleaning service was excellent, they cleaned the house every day, the breakfast was first class, the attention of the staff was very cordial.

Muy buena cabaña y mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. Es amplia, la limpian todos los días, la pileta es espectacular y sin horario restringido por lo que podes pasar un rato en la noche cálida. Mucha vegetación alrededor que le da más privacidad a las cabañas. La ubicación esta buena y si querés moverte en transporte público hay una parada de taxis y buses a 50 metros.

The setting is very pretty. It's not right in the city center (I like that). It's surrounded by greenery and vegetation. The property is secure on a beautiful avenue, three blocks from Hitos 3 fronteras. The hotel (Raices Esturión) is on one side of the street, and the lodges (Raices Amambai) are diagonally across the street, a few meters away. The breakfast was okay. Not very varied, but very good, and the breakfast spot was very nice (especially the lanai). The cabins were perfectly clean. Unlike the hotel, they are new and spotless. It was ideal for traveling with children! There's more space and a small kitchenette with everything you need (dishes, microwave, electric kettle, etc.). It's a shame they don't take full advantage of it. If that place were properly maintained and well-staffed, it would be excellent! We had lunch at the hotel one day, and the food was okay, but nothing special. There are two restaurants within walking distance... one we loved is across the street (Wicz Bar, next to the convention center). We had delicious pasta, the steak sandwich and shredded pork shoulder were spectacular, the best Caesar salad I've had in recent memory, and the drinks were enormous and very good! The staff was super friendly! Another place is Punto Ar, with a super view of the three borders and excellent food. (This wasn't easy for us in Iguazú.)
