Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning.
The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality.
Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Lovely location, great pool and friendly staff. Good clean rooms with nice terraces. Would stay here again. The o my annoying thing is that the rooms keys constantly de activated
