The hotel was old, the TV was analog, the pillows were not washed and felt stale, and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I could barely sleep and had to cancel my remaining reservation early in the morning (it didn't work) and find another place to stay.

Horrorosa experiencia! El pasillo de la habitación SIN TECHO! Con el peligro de la mampostería colgando: hierros y cables. Solo un ascensor en funcionamiento. Las puertas no tenían ni el número pegado. La habitación por dentro espantosa: alfombras manchadas, muy sucias; el baño oscuro, con agujeros vacíos donde van lamparitas de luz. Las mesas de luz no eran tales. El olor a humedad se siente ni bien se abre la puerta para entrar. El teléfono no funcionaba. Todo esto fue transmitido personalmente al personal de recepción que jamás accedió a cambiarnos de habitación. Solamente y luego de solicitarlo, accedieron a darnos un late check out. La pileta solo tiene acceso a partir de las 13.00 hs y el desayuno es muy precario: no tienen ni queso untable.

Esse hotel tem jeitão de 2 estrelas tentando se passar por mais. O café da manhã até surpreende positivamente dentro dos padrões de Puerto Iguazú (que, sejamos honestos, não brilham nesse quesito). Os quartos são grandes, mas com cara de passado — móveis antigos, estrutura que parece parada no tempo e áreas comuns que mais lembram um filme dos anos 70. O destaque vai pra piscina, que foge do padrão atual com seus 2,10m de profundidade — ponto positivo pra quem gosta de nadar de verdade. Pena que a limpeza ao redor deixa a desejar. O atendimento da equipe é cordial, o que ajuda a equilibrar a experiência. Agora, o valor da diária? Alto demais pro que é entregue.

Es un hotel 2 estrellas, que con todas sus reformas/arreglos (humedad, piso en pasillos, pileta, canchas, atención entre otros) llega a un 3. No miren las fotos, son de hace 20 años fácil. No recomiendo.

Muy caro el hotel para lo que es..nada que ver a las imágenes.. las habitaciones tenían siempre un problema. Había olor a podrido..la pileta climatizada jamás funcionó.. una estafa ..un hotel que es 2 estrellas y te cobran como si fuese 4 estrellas.un aspecto muy viejo..no lo recomiendo

El hotel NO ES 4 estrellas, falta mucho mantenimiento. Fuimos a este hotel x el.tema de la pileta climatizada, nunca funciono. Tambien porque decia juegos para niños, pero nuestra nena de 2 años se aburrio porque no tiene juegos, estan todos rotos. El desayuno siempre lo mismo. Medio pelo pero safa y cena siempre lo mismo,a veces frio. Lejos del centro, solo cerca de cataras y aeropuerto. El hotel safa solo x los empleados que son macanudos y re buena onda sino fuera x los empleados el seria pesima la estadia ya que es un hotel muy caro por los servicios que ofrecen.

Difficult shower access. Not user friendly and unsafe for elderly people. Mattress very old and in poor condition. Pillows very hard. This hotel needs to be updated.
