Great location, but keep in mind that the windows may overlook a busy street that will be walking all night on weekends and holidays. Otherwise, it is an empty room, and we were "lucky" with the air conditioner, which drained water into the room, and not outside. Breakfasts are in the neighboring cafe around the corner, the breakfast itself includes a cup of coffee, a glass of juice from a package and a toasted bun with jam)) The staff was friendly and helped with questions about finding a taxi and buses to the park.
