Unterkunft OK, Service schlecht, kein Englisch
Zimmer waren ok, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, Betten waren bequem.
Dame an der Rezeption ohne jegliche Kundenorientierung, offensichtlich keine Lust zu arbeiten, niemand spricht Englisch.
Weite Entfernung vom Zentrum, keinerlei Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der Nähe.
Frühstück sehr einfach. Wir würden nicht noch einmal dort buchen.

Rigtig god Lodge, stort sove- og opholdsrum, dejlig terrasse med kort afstand til god pool område.
Ligger i et stille område lidt langt fra indkøbsmuligheder.

El hotel se localiza fuera del centro de la ciudad, en una zona aislada pero muy ecológica, justo frente al río Paraná, cuya vista es muy agradable. Consta de 10 habitaciones tipo cabañas, con comodidades de acuerdo a zona rural. Hay poco personal, pero amables. Esta lejos de comercios y restaurantes

The property Is gorgeous my adult kids loved the View of the river from our room. My kids loved this hotel more than any 5 star hotel they’ve been. They loved being in the jungle but getting there was very difficult closed dirt roads very far from airport.

Pasamos cuatro noches durante nuestra estadía en Puerto Iguazú y esta fue nuestra experiencia: Para destacar: 1) Primero y sin duda la atención del personal, muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente y asesorar ante cualquier consulta turística. 2) El entorno y el paisaje. Todo emplazado en un parque hermoso y muy bien cuidado, a orillas del Río Paraná, con vista a la costa de Paraguay. 3) Las cabañas, amplias y modernas. Sustentables, equipadas con termotanque solar con agua caliente abundante a toda hora. Excelente cama king size con colchón en perfecto estado. Con balcón-terraza con vista al río. TV con servicio de DirecTV. 4) Restaurante con limitada variedad de platos pero de calidad más que aceptable y a precio razonable. Ideal para no tener que salir a cenar afuera los días en que volvimos agotados de tanto pasear. 5) El desayuno nos resultó muy satisfactorio, variado, y se sirve en un horario amplio de 7:00 a 10:00 hs. 6) Cuenta con dos piscinas que si bien no tuvimos tiempo de utilizar, se veían muy agradables. 7) El WiFi y la conexión a Internet funcionaron perfectamente y había buena cantidad de tomacorrientes donde conectar cargadores de dispositivos. 8) Buen servicio de limpieza en la cabaña y en las instalaciones comunes. Para tener en cuenta: 9) La ubicación. Contando con automóvil, a nosotros nos resultó encantadora por el emplazamiento a orillas del río y con vista a la selva. Esto significa que está alejado de la ruta y si no se dispone de vehículo, para trasladarse al centro de Puerto Iguazú es imprescindible hacerlo en remise. Para mejorar: 10) El guardado de ropa. La cabaña no cuenta con armario ni placard, tan solo estantes y un barral con algunas perchas. 11) En la ducha faltaba la jabonera. Se notaba que se rompió el soporte y no fue reparada. (Omitimos hacer notar eso en Conserjería, probablemente si lo hubiéramos reclamado lo habrían solucionado)

We can only recommend this lodge. Great view on the iconic Parana, very nice swimming pools with view and terrace, large and comfy cabins, also with view. What a pleasure waking up with that light and powerful river! It is "far" (15 mins taxi, 3000 pesos in august 2023)from the city center, but that is what we liked. It is lodged in a genuine neighbourhood, so we liked wondering around and speaking to locals. If you loke something out of the box, it is what you want.

No lo recomiendo, el precio está sobrevalorado. A favor: el paisaje. En contra: 1) La TV no funcionaba por lo cual nos cambiaron de habitación. 2) Cuando entramos nos mandaron por wsp un listado de servicios que luego descubrimos el hotel no tenía. 3) Las fotos son engañosas. Parece algo que luego no es. 4) El servicio de desayuno muy precario. 5) En la habitación había solo dos puntos de luz que funcionaban. El resto tenía los focos quemados, incluido el balcón. 6) Tanto en el baño como en el exterior, el olor a cloaca es horrible. 7) El área de piscina deplorable. Las bombas no funcionaban por lo que estaba llena hasta la mitad y sumamente sucia (hojas, tierra y moho). Los vidrios de protección estaban tan opacos que no traslucian y no se podía ver el rio. Mesas y sombrillas de propaganda de alguna cerveza o vino. No acercan toallas (hay que ir hasta la recepción a pedirlas) y el servicio de pool party es inexistente. 8) La habitación no tiene placard, sólo unos estantes rústicos y un barral de tronco de árbol por lo que decidimos dejar la maleta sin deshacer. En fin, no volvería ni lo recomiendo. Regalado es caro. El personal amable pero no parece tener prepacion para gestionar el hotel. Un punto a favor: el perrito blanco que nos acompaño en la estadía.
