Arami Hotel & Lodge

Maravillosa experiencia. El hotel es perfecto. Su desayuno, sus habitaciones, sus piscinas, su ubicación. Pero lo más destacable su atención y su personal. Fuimos 10 amigas a recibir el 2025 y lo celebramos allí. Nos prestaron el lugar, la vajilla, las heladeras y hasta nos lavaron todo. Gracias, gracias, gracia. El único inconveniente fue q la Empresa Caracol encargada de las excursiones nos hizo madrugar el día 1 de enero y nos dejaron plantadas 2 horas. Se disculparon como correspondía pero fue desagradable

El hotel está bien situado a pocos minutos del centro. La habitación con cama amplia y cómoda, un pequeño frigorífico, el baño con ducha, en la recepción se pueden coger las toallas para la piscina y no usar las de la habitación. Tuvimos una estancia tranquila. El desayuno buffet con poca variedad. Todo el personal muy amable y atento, se les puede consultar cualquier duda que hacen lo imposible por ayudar.

Breakfast is always the same, but the biscuits could be different. There is no minibar, just a small refrigerator that doesn't get very cold and doesn't have ice trays. They don't have ice at reception. There is no hot water in the shower early in the morning. The staff doesn't have tourist information and they look it up with me on the internet. It is well located near Calle Cordoba (for eating).

Hotel very well located, on a quiet street, two/three blocks from the center. Excellent service from the staff, with constant willingness and kindness. Simple but correct breakfast, with fruits, toast, cold cuts, cheese, sweets, butter, some cakes, cereals, yogurt, etc. Cleanliness in general very good. The room we had was very spacious, with air conditioning, TV, and king size bed. It has a small deck with bars and tables to be outdoors, a common area with a television, armchairs and games to pass the time. They allow you to buy food and consume it right there. Without a doubt it is a hotel that I would return to and recommend.

Excellent experience. Very good location. Spacious rooms and very comfortable common spaces. Without a doubt, the best thing was the attention of the staff. We highlight Yan for his kindness and willingness to help.

Highly recommended, the hotel is very clean, it has a pool games room, the staff is super friendly. As a recommendation it would be that they have their own kitchen and improve the croissants for breakfast. The rest is barbaric. They changed my flight and I was able to stay all day at the hotel, in the games room and pool, free of charge.
