Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel has steps to climb, which can be troublesome if you have bad legs and feet, but it is no problem for young people. The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are small, and some have sea views. The disadvantage is that the dog barks behind the room, and you go out to beat the dog in the middle of the night. It is worth mentioning that I was diving at the Redang Dive Shop. This dive shop is very close to Redang and can be reached in just one minute. Diving is very convenient. However, the Jasmine Hotel opened by their dive shop is super far away. Food and water in the room are very expensive. It is recommended to buy them in the store downstairs.

The next day the waiter saw that we didn’t need it, and we would harvest the sofa, so we should live in a family it is also fine Because I didn't see a hotel with 4 stars or more in White Beach on Ctrip, I booked this one, and I am basically satisfied with it.

It is considered to be first-rate in PG Island. Whether it is facilities or services, there are many foreigners, many of whom are naked. Nice atmosphere at night. The restaurant tastes just fine, you can eat it, and the consumption is about the same as outside.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue. Huge disappointment. I had selected this hotel to take advantage of its immediate seaside location. But the strange layout of the hotel means that most of the rooms overlook the corridor, requiring the curtains, which are blackout curtains, to be closed. Result: from a super bright room with possibly a sea view that you were hoping for, you find yourself in a completely dark room. There is therefore no point in being by the sea. (Photos taken with the door open and curtains open). The general quality of the hotel is average, and the prices charged are therefore excessive. Room size ok, but: - no chair or table available. You only have your bed to sit on, eat, work,... - noisy air conditioning, which you therefore cannot leave running at night if you want to sleep properly. - wardrobe, but no coat rack in it. - a refrigerator, but which does not get cold, or even heats up. - no shower gel available in the shower No problem with cleanliness. Good quality bedding also. Simple breakfast, served on a plate. Not a hotel where I will return and which I do not necessarily recommend either.
