The hotel looks ok from the outside, but the room is horrible. There is no service at all. The bed sheets are damp every day. I don't recommend staying here.

Atlantis dive resorts are the BEST, I traveled with a group of 19 and they took the best care of us. All aspects of the trip, including some complicated transfers, were booked and executed flawlessly. From the moment we arrived in their care the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and like family. The restaurant staff and chefs (and of course the manager and latte artist Ogie) prepared amazing meals and quick personalized service. The diving is INCREDIBLE and the dive staff go above and beyond to meet all of your wants and keep you safe. I really can't say enough good things about Atlantis, there were honestly no negatives. If the flights weren't so long to get there I would visit every year. *My group stayed 5 days at Atlantis Puerto Galera and 5 days at Atlantis Dumaguete so if you see the same review for Dumaguete that is why ;)

My husband was diving & I was chilling at the resort. Great for both!! The diving was excellent and the attention to detail from the dive team was extremely impressive…safety and guest satisfaction was high!! The 3 meals a day (included) were excellent and plentiful!!! I had several massages by the amazing Analyn…very much recommend!! The staff in the restaurant especially were fantastic…led by the charismatic Ogie…who made sure we had everything we needed & more!! Highly recommend this resort if you are traveling to Puerto Galera!!

A two word description of the staff: Genuinely fantastic - taking time to know you from day one! Always with an ear to ear genuine smile. If I missed a meal or a dive they made sure I was ok. Excellent meals! Spa: super massages! Priscilla and Analyn were superb! Book a massage or three! The wait staff also were spot on congenial, efficient and effective. Our room was spacious and clean with hot showers - so important after dives. Our dive guides Arvin and James were able to point out so much life on dives that I would have missed! I honestly do not have any suggestions for improvement. I will be back!

Spent the first 5 days of our trip at the Puerto Galera resort and it exceeded my expectations. Every single employee was amazing and went above and beyond to make it the best trip possible. The food was delicious and prepared in a timely fashion. Ogie is wonderful and his hospitality was outstanding. His latte making skills and latte art started the day. Everyone was ordering lattes just to see his artwork :) The dive guides and boat captains were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable diving with them. Arvin and James were my guides during my stay at the resort and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! They go above and beyond and never stopped smiling. Highly highly recommend this resort. I can’t wait to go back.

Prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure! The food here isn't just good; it's top-tier, and the dining manager, Ogie, is a latte artist extraordinaire. You haven't lived until you've seen his foamy masterpieces. Our scuba group of nineteen (yes, nineteen!) was blown away by the seamless organization and professionalism. Every detail, from dive schedules to equipment handling, was executed flawlessly. Speaking of equipment, the crew treated our gear like precious cargo, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. And the dive masters? Eagle-eyed doesn't even begin to describe them. They had a knack for spotting the most elusive and fascinating sea creatures, pointing out the hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. Consider this my official countdown to a return trip! This resort isn't just a vacation; it's an experience, and one I can't wait to repeat.

Service is great and the food was heavenly delicious. Very kind and friendly staffs as always! We had a coffee tasted custard for dessert and the texture was so smooth and creamy. All in all we had a nice and cozy dinner with the family. It is a place you definitely have to visit in Sabang.

After some trepidation about diving again, we decided to to visit Atlantis as we had been there 20+ years ago, we shouldn't have had any worries, from the booking to arriving it was such an easy process, they handled everything professionally and for us it was stress free. Once we arrived and was welcomed with a refreshing drink and wet towels we were immediately made to feel at home. Our rooms were nicely prepared and we soon settled in. Getting ready for diving was made super easy too, we were kitted out in quality equipment by very attentive staff, some of whom have worked there for 25 years! The diving was made easy as the staff loaded everything into the boat for us, the dive sites are no more than 3-8 minutes from the resort, they show pristine corals and marine life which the dive guide was happy to show. Pre and post dive, the food here is excellent, very attentive staff and the coffee designs are amazing! Overall the experience of being here was truly 5 stars, we can't thank you all enough for the fantastic time we had here, we will not be leaving it for another 20 years before we return, thank you Atlantis.
