The hotel room is very clean. They do not provide thick quilts, only a very thin sheet, which will wake you up from the cold at night. The room was very shabby and smelled of mold and mildew. I still smelled of mold when I got home.
There was no hot water for bathing in the morning and middle of the night. Hot water was only available in the afternoon and evening, and it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
The sheets are very thin and the bath towels are very old and not absorbent.
The hotel does not provide slippers, the swimming pool is so dirty that it is impossible to swim, everything is very worn and does not match the photos.
If it weren't for the fact that there were no rooms everywhere during the Spring Festival, I wouldn't have stayed in such an old and dilapidated B&B even if I was given money.

Mostly this is a dive resort. I booked online without really checking the location. It's actually Sabang I think, and requires a tricycle or jeepney ride from Puerto Galera, and another short trip to Sabang.
Check in at Reception was easy, staff were friendly. Reception is located by the bar and restaurant area, which is open, with a view. The hotel is built on a hill. My room was at the bottom of the hill and it's a serious climb back to the top. A bit steep.
The room was nice. Fairly new. Nice big bed. Nice bathroom. All clean. Towels, soap and toothbrushes supplied. The front door was an amazing bit of technology opened with a digital key.
The air-con wasn't working, but there's a good fan. The main problem I have with hotels is the lack of power points, especially by the bed. I'm a traveler who needs to charge my phone on arrival & use if I want to lay down.

It's a gem if you like to stay alone inside the jungle of Puerto Galera! The receptionists was friendly and professional, the breakfast menu was also good (both Asian and Western). It's a little secluded, but if you like walking, it's just around 1h 15min from Puerto Galera City 👍 The rooms was nice, it looks modern and had solar power (when power go out - which it did regularly outside the city - solar power kicked in, for everything except the TV...) The pool area was nice! But when reporting that soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work and the safety box needed change of Batteries they did nothing... You should expect room amendments to work... Still, not a bad experience: I liked the place, even if it have a cock-farm (rooster farm) close by, so you'll hear roosters from early morning till late night... I would stay here again... Even if we didn't get any 'Welcome-drink'.... I would recommend it at this price (I think we paid around ₱ 1200/night w/breakfast.)

Thanks to the entire Jalyn,s team, you made me feel fantastic. Very professional and friendly. The place has beautiful views, the room is great and always very clean, the pool is great. They are always available to help you and make your stay perfect. What to say about the local staff, simply wonderful. Very well located and easy to get to. My trip was dedicated to scuba diving, the entire team dedicated to it behaved fantastically and all my expectations in this regard were met. In the event of any unforeseen event, the solution provided was perfect. I am sure I will stay at Jalyn.s again and dive with them. Diego- Spain

The hotel room was big, clean and spacious we received welcome drinks with a smile on first day but I was not happy with the inconvenience of Wi-Fi and tv channels quiet few times no air con the swimming pool at the rear can be noisy along with dogs barking way past 22:00 I am a light sleeper and if I had known I would experience dog barking I wouldn’t stay there . I was not happy with the length of time I have to wait to be served food over 43 minutes. there’s a lack of breakfast choices

I booked this hotel for my sister and myself. Unfortunately, the flight of my sister got cancelled and we were not able to arrive. I tried to call the hotel to discuss if it’s possible to have a refund. The shut down the phone and never responded on emails. Very unprofessional establishment.
