Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. very fun diving trip in Puerto Galera, our dive master Kristian was friendly and helpful! Lots of stairs so be prepared for a workout, and bring your own amenities, as there are no shops nearby. Food at Casalay is really good!!

What a great find this resort is: it‘s located in a spectacular and calm place. They offer a boat service to Sabang and PG, but it’s also possible to get there by tricycle and a short walk. The villas - every room is a villa - are spread across a wide area on a hill side. The rooms are very comfortable, air con is quiet, shower is instantly hot and has a rare feature: pressure! Staff are exceptionally friendly, gorgeous! The food was mostly good and they even have a serious espresso machine (producing a very decent espresso….after my visit 😉). The dive shop made a good impression to me too, gear is in good shape and the guides were friendly and attentive. They also brought us to Verde Island, much appreciated. I loved the place, I‘ll be back!

Nice boutique hotel with great staff, perfect for diving as we are near all the diving spots. A bit secluded, need a boat to get out of resort. Great stay overall!
