The staff was very rude, the room was dirty and had a fungus and cigarette smell. The pool was without maintenance, the towels were old rags. The rooms of the 3 days that I stayed were only cleaned once supposedly for hygiene 😒 but I realized that they only made the beds and took out the bone garbage, that is cleaning?
