From a warm, friendly welcome on arrival, we felt we had found our holiday 'home'. Our apartment was roomy and super clean, grounds were kept spotless, the pool was perfect, and jacuzzi was sheer luxury. The new poolside bar had just opened and had a great range of breakfasts and meals throughout the day. Our balcony faced east and was great for watching the sunrise and for great morning sun, the other option was a south facing balcony where you could have afternoon/ evening sun. WiFi is free and strong, deposit is required for a safe & fan. We liked how the entrance gates were closed at night with a keypad entry. I would highly recommend Club Oceano for couples and families alike.

Lanzarote tends to be hard to find spaces but a last minute decision to fly off alone was made and this place popped up nice and cheap, they had building work going on in the bar but they were 100% open and honest in all coms, giving a discount as well due to the noise but eith ear buds in you know no difference. Room was very well kept, the maids were on point and location was superb! I will definitely come back again with the good lady next time. Oh and the reception team are amazing! Didn't get names but ladies you're amazing thankyou

We have just spent the last 10 days here, I have not got a bad word to say about the place, the bar staff are absolutely brilliant, they are so friendly, helpful and a real credit to the place. The pool area is great, no need to put towels out early, there is always beds available, and I love that you are not aloud to smoke around the pool and there a certain area you have to smoke. We had lunch here most days, and breakfast on the last day, always very nice, both the food and drink were good prices. We met some lovely people here staff included and will definitely return one day, we have already booked flights for new year shame this place is already fully booked.

We were in apartment No. 17 and got no sunshine. We also heard every word said on the terrace of the apartments around us so no privacy at all. Staff were friendly and good location. I wouldn't return due to no sunshine on terrace and no privacy. That's important to us and I should have researched the complex better.

The staff were excellent, professional and friendly The room was clean and well equipped. The tv and internet were free. The food served in the bar was hot and tasty We were in room 23 which is a corner apartment which gets little sunshine. We had great fun in the pools every day, though I read some reviews which complained about the cold water. We had no problem in October and the Athenian first week in November 2024. The jacuzzi was not very hot but warm enough to enjoy and use. Overall we had a positive experience staying here

Two weeks of a fabulous family holiday holiday in the sun. Staff were courteous and friendly but we have to say Jordan (the bar man) was exceptional, always going over and above, he is a valuable asset to the complex. We have been on numerous occasions and have always had a lovely time. The accommodation is located in a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

This is the second year coming to this resort and already looking forward to another visit. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well kept. Pool area and bar well maintained and plenty of sun beds for all apartments. Staff are brilliant, both in the bar and reception. Reception helped us with organising a hire car and advising for places to visit on the island. Nothing was too much trouble. Bar prices are very reasonable too. Great location, despite being tucked away, there is a nice and friendly atmosphere. Can’t fault it.
