Staff was great and very helpful. Jonathan was great and energetic !
The pool was great and the life guard too. It’s a stone throw away from markets , touristic events etc
The only gripe I had was with 1 mm ants ? That popped up in the kitchen and bathtub was worn.
But it wasn’t dirty. Cleaning lady also cleaned everyday.
Definitely a lovely stay for the money and amazing staff.

On the whole had a great time. The locatuon, views and accomdation was excellent. The apartments are fine and spacious. However, I didnt realise when booking that there was no aircon in the rooms. Was self catering and the restaurants and bars are only a short distance away as are the supermarkets which are very cheap. The pool is large but quite deep all around. What I found fascinating was the sunbed warriors. Pool opens at 10am yet today at 9.40am the same people are sat each of the umbrella stands waiting for the attendant to unlock the sunbeds and bring the umbrellas. REALLY SAD. Get some exercise and walk to the local beach (playa grande). The water is so clear and warm and hiring 2 sunbeds and an umbrella is very reasonable for 10 euros 50. Im not saying everday but at least give others a chance! If you want to hire a safe its 21Euros for the week.

I stayed here around 6/7 years ago, the apartments were lovely, entertainment great and restaurant was not huge, I liked the selection of food, desserts a bit repetitive, it’s in the old part of pdc but not far from a small port like town and the main pdc not far by taxi and there’s a lovely beach there, also one within walking distance I believe, shops nearby, Playa Blanca marina and beach quite a drive but a lovely day out. Staff friendly. Beautiful aloe vera plants in the garden and they were maintained impeccably. I can’t say how it has been maintained recently or changed but I’ve fond memories tbh

The hotel is very outdated and ran down the rooms are very dirty. We were here for 8 nights and I had to go and ask for beds to be changed after 5 days. We asked for fresh towels and there was a 4 day wait for that. The majority of the staff are very rude and ignorant. The food is a big let down we had all inclusive and there was not one thing on that we would eat and there was no kids menu for the children either. The door locks are hanging off the doors and the locks on the windows are very flimsy. The apartment we had there was no working outside light. There is no lift or accommodations for people with mobility issues there is steps to every apartment and most apartments don’t have rails up to them. There is stairs up to the pool bar. The pool is not the cleanest either. There does be duck in the pool in the evening . There is a lot of broken tiles in the pool. The pool toilets are absolutely filthy. It’s such a shame for what we spent to stay here that it was such a let down that we would not stay here again.
