Voor ons een ster er bij! Fantastisch schoon appartement met prima bedden en complete keuken. . Mega vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heel dicht bij het strand. Mooie boulevard met veel veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes Supermarkt onder het complex.

We stayed in apt. 14, top floor and next to the race track….very noisy, old, dilapidated. We paid €589 for 8 nights, which was at least €250 to €300 too much. Everything old, dilapidated, mold between tiles and sealant edges, toilet that did not drain properly, bed consisted of one (homemade) wooden plank with 4 iron legs and a mattress on top. It creaked and squeaked at the slightest touch. Upholstery on that wooden plank is torn, dirty stains and really outdated. Cabinets with shelves that were crooked, loose and had dirty edges. Tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom, mold on the edges, showering in the bath, toilet that did not drain properly, nails and old screws in the wall and on the door... Hot water, that in itself was a plus. Apt is located on a very busy, steeply sloping road, which causes a lot of noise pollution, we didn't sleep a wink, there was heavy traffic all night long. Kitchen minimal equipment, but kettle and toaster. Extractor hood above 4 burner ceramic hob was very greasy, hob did work. 2 flat plates, 3 cups and glasses... new refrigerator that worked properly. You really couldn't sit on the sofa and chair, the cushions were very thin on the wooden plank. Table on balcony. Table had holes in the edges, 2 plastic chairs okay, laundry rack okay and 2 sunbeds. On day 4 we approached the cleaning lady and asked for clean towels, on day 7 of 8 nights we received clean bed linen... which was clean and smelled fresh. All in all, we think the amount we paid is far too much for what you have to live in, we absolutely do not recommend this. It would first require a thorough renovation. We will not return again. Oh yes, there was also a swimming pool...
