The location is good. The soap and no any amenities it’s bad. It’s weird to ask from the reception and they said they don’t have any, cause they don’t work with any company. It’s basic hygienic. And it feels like they’re saving money even for that.
The reception are nice but some of them should know a bit more about basic information, getting around etc.

Great location, lovely spot. Beds not v comfortable that's the only thing...but overall very good. Friendly staff, glass elevator, stayed on 5th floor overlooking the sea...loved it! Did not eat here so can't comment on that .....pool bar closes at 6 though.

Not long back from here, travelled with my 3 year old and partner. Location was excellent, walked up the steps beside the apartments and was in the old town. Walked down from the hotel and then left for around 7 minutes and we were in the new town. Never needed to get a taxi to get to either. Emailed before arrival as had saw bad reviews about the noise in certain parts of the hotel and was afraid arriving with a child. Apartment were very accommodating and gave us a third floor room overlooking the pool area, had no noise issues at all but could see how certain rooms would when they are directly behind a bar and the town. The room was basic but comfortable and cleaned with fresh towels given every two days. Pool area is small enough but done the job, agree that the sunbeds could be updated but still did not find them a huge issue. Poolside bar was handy, had breakfast twice and lunch twice there and had no complaints. Usually pay more going on holidays than I did here so was nervous before arriving but was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return to a room facing the pool!

Sun loungers are horrendous, wasn’t one that didn’t dip into the floor when you laid on them, for anyone like myself with back problems it’s a definite problem. Every part of the place except reception and pool need a revamp, 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Einfach, gut, sauber, zweckmäßig: Mit diesen Adjektiven lösst sich das Costa Volcan wohl am besten umschreiben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um alles in der Stadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Strände sind nur fünf Fußminuten entfernt. Lediglich die Parkplatzsuche ist manchmal etwas mühsam gewesen. Aber sonst alles okay!

Stayed on bottom floor,rooms are very clean as is pool area.breakfast is beautiful.staff are very friendly.my daughter stayed on level 5 ,noise from local bars and road kept her awake .hotel is very central.would love to come back only if I could be guaranteed ground level.pool has a deep end more than 5feet .I loved it here

Great place to stay room was very clean the snack pool bar was very nice all the staff were very friendly and helpful highly recommended for a place to stay the menu has a wide variety something for everyone from breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks

Comfortable, clean, affordable apartments. The staff are all very helpful, in particular Kailesh, hes always there to greet you with a friendly smile and helps with any queries you have. Great location to the beach and shops. This had been my 2nd stay in Costa volcan and I'll definitely be back.
