Barcarola Club

It was our first time in Lanzarote and we had a lovely time here. Our apartment wasn't quite ready when we arrived but we were able to store our luggage and then went for something to eat. Apartment was very clean and well maintained during our stay. Bathroom and shower were more than adequate and the bed comfy. Apartment could've done with a bit more storage space. We had the choice of two apartments and chose the one which overlooked the main ***** and loved it for people and sunset watching. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely return.

This was our second trip to Barcarola which we enjoyed very much. Location is excellent as are the pool and gardens in the complex. Apartment was spacious although we found the modern, minimalist furniture rather uncomfortable. The only disappointment was that the Air Con was not available, although it had been when we stayed in January last year. I was informed by reception that it was now only available from 1st May. There is no mention of this on the Barcarola website. In fact on the FAQs, the answer to a question about air con states -"All rooms in the apartment have high quality air conditioning.........you can choose the temperature you would like to have at your apartment " As night time temperatures were quite warm, I was very disappointed not to be able to cool the bedroom.

Happy to stay here solo as I know the area well from poscillos all the way across puerto del carmen. It is a safe location for a lone female. The hotel is well situated. The rooms are bright & clean with all relevant facilities. The all inc is of a good standard & great value. There are several pools to suit a variety of travelers needs from solo, adult only & family. The staff are all very pleasant & courteous.

This was our 6th visit to Barcarola Club and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the breakfast is fab. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, they are very helpful and the cleaning staff are cheerful and delightful. We’ll be back again soon, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Barcarola apartments. We stayed in room B1. Premium updated room. Overlooked the main road. Good spot for people watching A little noisy but only from the chatter of people enjoying themselves in the bar across the road. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely walk in shower and complimentary amenities. Modern apt. Hob, kettle and toaster, fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and maintained well. Will be staying again!!

Fabulous place. All staff are very friendly and helpful. We found everywhere to be spotless and very well maintained. The apartment we stayed in was lovely, serviced daily, very spacious, comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom with the best shower ever! The breakfast was excellent with a plethora of choice and served at reasonable times suitable for early or later risers. Seating for breakfast either inside or outside on the patio area. The very well behaved resident egret was on ‘duty’ at breakfast time and at the pool bar where snack lunches were available. He didn’t bother you at all but happy to be thrown a morsel! Pool and sun bed area was kept well, decorated with palm trees and plants and they did not allow early reserving of sun beds - not that you needed too as plenty of sun beds, cabanas around. Complex situated right at the heart of things yet lovely and quiet on site. The only criticism I would have is there is not a huge amount of clothing storage - a wardrobe with single shelf and drawer. There was a coat stand and a few wall pegs dotted around, but would maybe benefit from a chest of drawers in the bedroom (the appt we stayed in had plenty of space for this.) or maybe we just take too much luggage! :) A great stay and would definitely recommend to my friends and family and we look forward to staying again.
