We stayed here for 11 nights in August with our 9 and 6 year old children. We had a bungalow felt bit small at first but once we were settled was fine. Room was cleaned daily and plenty of fresh towels. We had no issues with air con. Hotel was immaculate. Pool was lovely. We ate at the hotel a few times, which we all enjoyed. Kids enjoyed the mini disco at the pool and the entertainment staff were lovely also the staff in reception. No issues with getting sunbeds either. Ten min walk to main area or it’s 5 euros in a taxi. We loved it and will be booking for next year! Thank you Hyde park for making it a lovely holiday!

Increíble la estancia. Buenas instalaciones.ubicacion buenas. La animación genial.la comida un 10... El personal muy bien sobre todo los de buffet. Los camareros algo perdidos pero los de cocina muy amables y profesionales.los niños encantados. Destacó a una empleada Josefina. Su amabilidad y ayuda al explicarnos los alerjanos de la comida. Empleados así hacen que queramos repetir la experiencia.

Apartamento con mobiliario viejo. Hemos estado alojados en el apartamento 102 del 23 al 27 de agosto. 3 adultos. No vinieron a limpiar nunca. Tuvimos que pedir 2 rollos de papel higiénico y tres toallas limpias. El sillón NO se hace cama. Tienes que hacerte tú la cama del sillón , la recepcionista te dice que tienes la ropa en el armario. Los desayunos están súper bien. Las cenas no valen la pena. Está lejos para ir andando a comer a algún sitio. Tiene un triste súper casi sin nada. NO VOLVEREMOS.

Lovely hotel, will definitely be back! Hotel and grounds lovely and clean and well presented. Food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and plenty of choice and the theme changed each night. There's a snack bar at the pool has plenty of choice for lunch too. Hotel is in a good location with everything a short walk or 5 min taxi away, including rancho texas zoo which was great as has a water park too and lots of restaurants, shops and beaches (playa chica beach is amazing for swimming with fish). The children's mini disco in the pool was great fun and David the rep/entertainer was great with the kids. You can also feed the wild parakeets in the hotel grounds. Will definitely be back!

hotel is very clean we enjoyed our stay only reason i have a 4 star is on friday 22nd off august i asked for a taxi lady said take cancellation number 136 after waiting 30 mins and loads off taxis coming to pick people up who she has rang i taxi for i asked her if she knew how much longer mine would be she said no just wait waited another 20 so in total 55 mins o went in again for her to tell me she don’t work for taxi firm if i wanted to see where it was to ring myself a taxi or walk also said she didn’t have to ring me a taxi she was doing me a favour i found her very rude i did tell her this i asked to speak to a manager her reply with a smirk on her face was well he won’t be in till tuesday i must say rest off staff are really nice it is in a quite part about 20 mins to main ***** i would not return when staff speak to people like that think her customer services need sorting out

Stayed Aug 12th family of 7 in two bungalow style apartments. They were very clean and set in stunning surroundings (we were over the road from main hotel) which was nice and quiet. Staff very helpful as the air conditioning didn’t work in one apartment not good in heatwave but eventually it was sorted out. The food was lovely Breakfast had everything you could think of, Dinner did a theme night ie Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean etc. lovely atmosphere by pool with music and pool excercise and games. The night entertainment was ok but very loud for the small space it was in. Taxi to main ***** 3 to 4 euro, as was too hot to walk there some days. All in all had a lovely time and kids 2/9/11 absolutely loved it.

This is not a very family friendly hotel. The doors do not lock from the inside so if you have young children they can easily let themselves out in the middle of the night. The staff have given us no solution and deny any suggestions we have that would help our situation. We have a 6 year old with autism and currently one adult has to stay awake at all times to make sure he cannot get out. There are big torn bushes right outside the door and the staff are just not very helpful at all.
