Lovely hotel. Modern, very clean, food was lovely, staff were great. Rooms was also really lovely and spacious. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is spotlessly clean.we had a deluxe suite which was fantastic with sea view I would have thought we would have had our own sun loungers on the balcony as it was huge and especially for the cost of the room. The door out to the beach from the hotel is great for quick access. some staff looked so miserable and rude but others were very friendly.big shout out to the female chef who was always singing and the young lady checking you in for your meals.in a great location you have the best of old town/new town. Towels changed every day by the pool if needed as hotel supply them. Negatives- you couldn’t even go for your lunch without having a card placed on your sunbed threatening to move your towel within 60 mins so you was always rushing your food as sometimes when the restraurant was busy it took a while to get served. This is frustrating when you feel you can’t leave your sunbed to eat. Maybe more sunbeds then this wouldn’t need to be the case.The life guard was so miserable but on his day off the replacement one was great he was friendly and left you to it which is how it should be.food was ok but not as nice as it was before they did the refurbishment we seen a decline since we last came when bacon was not even edible it was that burnt.also having long queues to wait for meat to be cooked yes it’s lovely to have meat cooked how you like it but queuing for food seems wrong I’m a hotel of this caliber.the male cleaners in the morning were so rude when he was hosing the floor I offered to move away while he did it so I sat in the restaurant while he did it out the way then him and all the other males were laughing as they then placed a card on my bed saying my towel had been left well obviously I had to let him clean so next time I won’t move.sunbeds all gone by 9am

Beautiful hotel, could be perfect if a few things were addressed. Not enough sunbeds Need entertainment/things to do in the day or at least play music poolside Lots of children there but nothing really for them to do. One lifeguard wouldn’t even let a ball in the pool! Plus side, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, perfect location, stunning views, great choice of breakfast (we were B&B), quiet over night

Arrived midday. Offered drink on arrival and seated in the main lobby. Good first impression - impressive lobby. We arrived midday and check in was 3pm so we were offered an upgrade to Select. The hotel wasn't at capacity and I suspect regular rooms were available but this is a money spinner for the hotel. We were allowed to view the room and inclusive rooftop solarium before deciding. Room was large, Solarium was quite and looked relaxing. We paid the £346 upgrade for 4 nights as we didn't want to wait. The inclusive food and drink from the fridge up on the Solarium was welcomed. There is a plunge pool and day beds and we only ever saw 2/3 people up there when there was probably capacity for 30+ so it was nice and quiet. We booked to sleep 3 but the third person got a sofa. Not a sofa bed, the sofa with a sheet on. Housekeeping were in the room setting up the 3rd sleeper within 60 seconds of us being in the room. They left Lindor chocs daily but didn't replace used (inclusive) mini bar items or coffee pods. Probably would have if we asked but we had them inclusive in the solarium 5 seconds from our room (510) so we didn't care. Not sure if stocking is once per trip or they just overlooked it until asked. Aircon wasn't very effective. Housekeeping turned it off when doing the room daily. If it had been on for 6/7 hours the room was satisfactory tempreature wise but it didnt dip below 21 in there at any point in the trip. We reported it but nobody came. We did ask for an Iron and one was brought promptly. The place is spotless, from guys testing water pH levels to vacuuming and cleaning windows. Spotless. Breakfast is typical hot and cold buffet selection. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you can tell it's new. Select guests get a special premium seating area with views of the sea which was nice and an a la carte menu which is essentially items from the buffet made fresh. Still, excellent coffee, cold food was great, cooked breakfast was edible, juice and fresh fruit were nice. We enjoyed breakfast. We gave room number and were left to fend for ourselves and had to stumble on the a la carte and seating area on day 2, this should have been explained. However they did acknowledge our final day and treat us well. It's small detail that make this 4* but genuinely we have stayed at worse 5* properties. If you aren't out 7.30am you wont get a lounger. We had the Solarium access so didn't mind but loungers didn't become free until 1-2pm. Pools are nice temp and depth, adeuqate size for the size of the hotel. Another would have been nice but they don't have the grounds for it. Direct keycard access to the beach from pool side was very nice. Loungers on the beach are chargeable at about 5euro with parasol. Beach is sandy. Cocktails are top shelf stuff. Espresso Martini made with bean to cup coffee etc, food was nice and can charge to the room. Great experience here. Visited for one week on a half board basis. Open suite room with sea view, large bathroom with great shower and room had plenty storage. Kitchen area and a safe. Room lovely and clean. Hotel is well situated on the beach and opposite shopping centre and supermarket for snacks and water etc. Breakfast was superb with good quality and plenty choice. Bright airy dining room. Dinner at night was disappointing in that it was basically the same every night. Meat was cooked on request which led to queues and stuff getting cold by time you collected everything. Pizza, chips, pasta, bread - then your OK. Would go just breakfast next time. All in all great hotel with great facilities just not good at dinner.
