Location: The hotel is in a prime beachfront location, offering direct beach access and proximity to both the old town and new town of Puerto del Carmen. Guests appreciated the convenience of nearby supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and bars.

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel this is our 7th visit to Lanzarote and I must say this is the best hotel we have stayed. We had an open suite roo m with sea view to which we were very impressed. it was spotless and a great size. I liked the fact of the bedroom and living area was split onto 2 levels but open plan and the added the bonus of having a little kitchenette with Kettle, Fridge and Microwave the only downside was no cutlery or plates. English TV an Netfix was also good if you dont like to go out every evening. We stayed HB basis as it was only 15 euro more for both of us but not sure I would do HB again. Breakfast was really good, evening meal was ok ( you wouldnt Starve ) Negatives to the Hotel. I did find the staff quite rude not overly welcoming / friendly some of the staff looked extremely misrable and very unapprocable. This didnt bother me as Im not there to make friends but it would be nice to be acknoledged and feel like you're not putting them out by being there. It's not what you expect in a lovely hotel like this I would say the cleaners were more freindly than any of the staff. Dining Room : some of food not labelled so abit of Guess work has to be done aprat from that the food was good well the Breakfast Sunbeds : You did have to get up early to get a Sunbed which isnt what you want when you are on holiday. Some people puttting Towels down @ 7 am or maybe belofre. I do think any towels put down before 8.30 am is rediculas and they should be removed as there was staff around the pool early to do this . People did have card left on Sunbeds that were left unattended but this was way after 10 am which is pointless so the sunbed situation really does need addressing in peak season especially. Over All I would return to this hotel as I loved the Hotel itself and the rooms are Great and Spotlessly clean which is what I want for a Hotel.

The hotel was lovely and most of the staff were nice. The thing that let it down for me was the evening meal. There was very little choice, and one woman serving was very rude. The first night i asked for a well done steak only to find it raw in the middle not cooked at all. The second night i thought i would have the spaghetti, cant go wrong with that. How wrong was i, the woman serving, served 4 women that came after me and would not serve me until they had gone. One woman was very embarrassed by this act, then when i eventually got served and went to eat it the bolognaise sauce was still frozen. We had gone Half board but after this we ate out every night. The breakfast was great it had plenty of choice. We would go back to this hotel, but only on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
