We visit Lanzarote a couple of times a year, we always stay at Lani’s , we may stay somewhere else on the island but always include Lani’s during our trip. We have been going since 2017. The hotel is amazing, there are other good hotels on the island, but what makes Lani’s stand out are its staff, from the amazing ladies who look after our rooms to the restaurant staff, maintenance guys, reception staff and managers. It’s their attitude and attention to detail that make this hotel stand apart from other 5 star hotels on Lanzarote. I should also mention the 2 ladies who are brilliant, best treatments I have ever had. Looking forward to seeing you again in November

The hotel, location, cleanliness are all perfect, the staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble ! We will definitely be going back. Stayed for 8 days with my wife and we've returned so relaxed. Right from the complimentary pickup from Arrecife Airport which was 1st class through to the last day and complimentary late checkout, everything was superb. We booked for just bed and breakfast, the breakfast was superb and was available up until mid-day, so it was lovely not having to rush down. We dined in the restaurant in the evening several times and the food was excellent. Just one warning the portions for the starters a "large" so make sure you have a good appetite :-) Many thanks to Jonathan (hotel manager) who constantly checked to make sure everything was ok. My wife used the Spa several times and said the treatments were 1st class.

We had a couples massage and when I tell you we have never felt more relaxed the girls done an amazing job x this is our second visit and they didn’t disappoint this year x my husband said they should insure there hands. When we are back next year we will 100% book again. A nice glass of bubbles to end a wonderful experience! Cheers girls x

We have just returned from Lani's after celebrating my 60th birthday. We had a wonderful time, and all the staff made the birthday truly special and memorable. From the wonderful welcome from Alejandro and Sabrina at Reception on arrival, to the fabulous attention to detail everywhere throughout the hotel, nothing was missed. Our suite was decorated for my actual birthday, and we were made to feel like royalty. Every guest is treated with kindness, care, and as an individual. The entire staff are amazing. The suite was beautiful. Every need catered for. The bed was so comfortable, and the high quality bed linen made for a sumptuous sleep. The food in the restaurant was beyond delicious. It was another level, and on my birthday, the waiting staff produced a surprise birthday cake and sang happy birthday at the the dinner table. WOW! JUST WOW. The thing is, this is the normal standard of service at Lanis, and I can see why guests return again and again. It really is Heaven on earth! Special mention must to go Alejandro and Sabrina on Reception, and our waiter Gill in the restaurant, who instigated the singing of happy birthday. Thank you all so very much. I had a wonderful birthday. The kindness and care shown to us was astounding. We can't wait to return.

Hemos estado alojados 2 noches. La suite y las instalaciones son increíbles. Está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La limpieza es excelente. Es un sitio tranquilo y elegante. Ideal para una luna de miel, un aniversario o una escapada romántica. A destacar su personal. El trato es excelente y cuidado pero también cercano. Alejandro y Miriam de la recepción han sido muy atentos y profesionales. Manuel y Juan en el restaurante. Super profesionales y dos grandes personas. Jonathan nos dió una cálida bienvenida y despedida, fué muy atento y cuidó cada detalle. Adrián de cocina inmejorable. Pedimos un plato a compartir y tuvo el gran detalle de emplatar por separado. Además de que la comida es exquisita. En general todos han sido excelentes. El personal de SSTT, de piscina y limpieza. Lo mejor su buena disposición para ayudarte siempre con una sonrisa y buena cara. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Gracias a todos

The challenge for repeat guests at Lani’s Suites Deluxe is: do we leave the previous Five Star review alone or do we enhance with the next visit? After only 45 mins into our fourth visit, we knew the answer: enhance! The Lani’s ‘Bubble’ begins at the Airport. As soon as reunited with luggage the service from Heaven begins. The charming Julio met us there and picked us up in a gorgeous car. Whilst others in Lanzarote have to look forward to a Coach dropping guests off at a multitude of hotels, at Lani’s that concept is as foreign as bumping into a guest by the Pool who is the Ambassador from the Planet Zarg. Mind, if the Authorities on Zarg do actually exist, they might have sent the Ambassador to Lani’s to find out firsthand what some good livin’ is like on Earth, before he/she reports back that the overriding majority of hotels on this Planet are, eh, somewhat lesser than the sumptuous Lani’s....... The staff; the vista; the gourmet restaurant; the service, the attention to detail are all combined to focus on one overriding goal – the best for the guests! Lani’s is less of a Hotel and more of an Institution for repeat guests. Love the place!

Wow, wow, wow, our second trip to Lani’s and every part of it is better than excellent in fact we can’t find the words that truly explain what a heavenly oasis this hotel is. The hotel is a credit to the owner and the wonderful staff who ensure that everything about your stay is top class they are to be commended, nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is everything a hotel should be and so much more. We arrived to our gorgeous room with soft drinks and a bottle of fizz waiting for us along with confectionery in the well stocked fridge which apart from the mini alcohol are all free and restocked each day by our housekeeper who is top notch and we love all the little touches that are provided for you (we wont spoil it by telling you what they are) everything is beyond magnificent. Everyone should book a holiday to Lani’s it is a serene and glorious hotel. I assure you will say it’s one of the best hotels you will have ever stayed in. We have holidayed in some of the best, but this one has its own personality, with the staff, the views, the restaurant, the decor, the cleanliness and all of the super touches they provide for you we have to say it’s a little piece of heaven here on earth and certainly one of the best. Book it for your next holiday….we guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

Nachdem wir unser Haus auf Lanzarote im Februar 2024 nach 39 Jahre verkauft haben, waren es nun unsere 5. Ferien die wir in Lani's Suites De Luxe verbringen durften. Wir sind immer wieder sehr begeistert vom Ambiente, der Lage, der Sauberkeit und vor allem vom sehr sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Jeden Aufenthalt haben wir immer sehr genossen und die jeweiligen 3 Wochen waren immer viel zu schnell vorbei. Lanzarote ist unsere 2. Heimat. Nun freuen wir uns schon auf unsere nächsten Ferien im November im Lani's und vermissen unser Haus in keiner Weise. Ursula und Erwin, Schweiz
