Just back from another week at Lanis and once again it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The facility speaks for itself with its ideal locations, spotless cleanliness and modern decor. But what makes Lanis so special are the Staff and their unfailing efforts to make each trip a memorable and enjoyable experience. Couldn’t speak highly enough of all concerned and the way they embraced the Ironman event where once again their enthusiasm prevailed. Having just returned from Lanis suites after many visits, to this our favourite hotel, from the moment you arrive after the luxury transfer from the airport, to the warm welcome at reception, greeted with a refreshing glass of bubbly, then shown to your immaculately presented suite, spotlessly clean and with amazing sea views. The food and wine in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, the service was first class, the restaurant team managed by Juan and Manuel are a credit to the hotel. The main reason we keep returning to Lanis is because of the amazing staff who have now become friends, from Jonathon, George Alejandro and Miriam, and a special thank you for the wonderful birthday celebrations, you cant mention Lanis without saying a big thank you to the wonderful owner Kumar who is always makes time to chat with his guests, we are looking forward to visit No 26 in October. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Hoher Standard im gesamten Hotel inkl. Restaurant (direkt am Meer). Das Essen war super lecker. Wäscheservice inkl., ebenso eine Minibar (abgesehen von Hochprozentigem). Der Manager des Hotels gibt einem spannende Tipps hinsichtlich der Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Insel. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super, 12 min. vom Flughafen entfernt (trotzdem kein Fluglärm), das einzig evtl. etwas störende, ist die nicht so schöne Promenade im Hintergrund des Hotels (viele Engländer die meinen oben ohne kann man immer tragen), aber das ist zum Glück innerhalb des Hotels nicht ersichtlich.

We spent our honeymoon at Lottie Suites and truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning setting. The room was absolutely gorgeous. There thoughtful touches everywhere we looked—so many little details that made the whole stay feel incredibly special. The service was second to none. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. We felt so spoilt the entire time. The hotel’s restaurant is also a standout, delicious food with an unbeatable view. We had the best couple of days and would highly recommend Lottie Suites to anyone, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway. A truly unforgettable stay.

This hotel is just perfect there is nothing they could do to improve the standard of the facilities, or the service provided. It is beyond your dreams a complete paradise. The staff are amazing and will gladly oblige with anything you request. Our regular runaway for complete relaxation and recharge. Completely amazing.

Hemos estado uno fin de semana inolvidable, en Lanis ni existe un NO en sus normas, te buscan solución a todas tus exigencias y SIWMPRE con la mejor de las sonrisas. Su equipo es de nota 10 sobre 10, desde el servicio técnico a su dirección. Recomendable 100% !!!! Volveremos cada vez que podamos ♥️ Love Lani’s suite ♥️

Fantastic seafront location, great restaurant and exemplary service, what more could you want. The staff can’t do enough for you and the service is quietly efficient. The food in the restaurant is some off the best on the island and the view cannot be beaten.

Das beste was es auf Lanzarote gibt. Beginnt schon am Flughafen mit dem Privattransfer und dem liebevollen Empfang im Hotel. Das sauberste Hotel, daß wir bisher gebucht hatten. Bei Lani‘s mit Jonathan und dem gesamten Personal fühlt man sich sofort in deren Familie aufgenommen zu werden. Die Suiten lassen nichts vermißen und sind sehr geschmackvoll und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll ausgestattet. Nicht vergessen: Das Restaurant ist mit Sicherheit das beste auf der Insel. Die Lage direkt am mehr ist ein Traum und sucht seinesgleichen; vor allem bei dem sehr gut beheizten Pool.
