It was the most basic " all inclusive" i have ever stayed in. I am easy to please generally so this takes a lot to write this review !! Pros Pool are pretty decent ( when cleaned) Staff are lovely and work hard Cons No air con Poor drinks - cocktails undrinkable and we tried Drinks machines not working most of time, hugh queue for bar No hot snack only stale sandwiches ( definitely not all inclusive at all - full board at best) Very dated rooms - a large 2 bed apartment had a total of 3 sockets including the one for tv ( no English channels) WiFi dodgy No labels on buffet for dietary restrictions or allergies No gluten free section of buffet for breakfast Beds uncomfortable Ants in room Some entertainment was shockingly bad ............ i could go on .....

El hotel no muy nuevo pero muy limpio,las camas muy cómodas, pero había ormigas en la habitación, solo un baño para todo el recinto ( piscina, comedor, terraza etc etc,en fin pero por otro lado compensaba con el personal amable y muy cervicales con nosotros que éramos los únicos españoles que estábamos en esos días, en especial las mujeres del comedor ( Raquel y otra mujer rubia que en este momento no me acuerdo)

Honest review I very nearly changed hotels on the build up to our holiday due to some of the reviews. I am so glad i did not. We were a big family of 10. Kids ranging from 2 to 17 not one of us wanted to come home yesterday. The hotel is spotless, cleaners never stop. Yes the rooms are slightly dated but the hotel is due a big refurb this year. If you want a really modern hotel then this maybe is not for you but we were not bothered, it was clean ,spacious and great pool views. If you can pay slightly more for the pool view its worth it. Food was amazing ,great choice and i always suffer with my tummy on holiday but i was absolutely fine this time. Hotel location is perfect,close to all shops,restaurants and beach. The kids discos are great mine loved them. They also do foam partys during the day. We arrived late at night and they had put us food out for a bite to eat how thoughtful. All the staff were so helpful. We are already trying to book for next year as we felt one week just wasnt enough.We miss it already and cant wait to be back there .

Great place to stay, staff very helpful and the place very clean. Lots of activities to do and entertainment at night was good. Rooms need updating and air-con would be a bonus. Food lovely and lots to chose from

Hotel moyen,les chambres très vetustes mériteraient 1bon coup de jeune! L acceuil pas hyper chaleureux ! Le restaurant très limité en choix! La literie :1 vraie catastrophe! les matelas défoncés ! Les animations le soir avec les animateurs ne sont guère attrayantes! Trop Cher pour l hôtel que c est! Déçue !
