The entertainment team is amazing, they have a lot of activities in the morning and In the afternoon to make people enjoy also very friendly, but the best part is their show “Relaxia Stars” and the white party, the fire show was hilarious. We definitely coming back

Freezing heated pool that hardly anyone uses. This has put us off returning. Staff lovely. Rooms basic. Bring a kettle as no kettle. Food excellent. Won’t be returning as heated pool too cold. Would rather go to the Lanzaplaya. ***** outside very good. Loads of bars and shops.

Hotel is set out in 3 different sections All 2 storeys high Rooms on 400s are across road so separate from other parts 4 pools 3 big and 1 small for children which is heated Pool in main building has ramp access Pool in second section has disabled chair access Pool bar at pool 2 and 3 Pool bar at pool 1 is main bar (inside so have to be dry to go in) Drinks available throughout day can serve yourself with hot drinks, juice, slushes and beer at pool 1. Snacks available throughout day (sandwiches and cakes) although not covered up so can go stale and soggy Ice cream available all day Have to purchase branded lollies and ice creams (card only) Restaurant in main building Food - standard - could be better Minimised and cleared away before end of time duration Rooms - dated in need of upgrading and TLC Animacion team - mostly friendly and speak all languages Only around pool 1 and have a timetable of events throughout day Kids club in evening and then shows most evenings (except Mondays which is karaoke) Friday night ‘white party’ had fire show which was really good Little shop onsite Excursions available Windy in evenings so need a cardigan/coat Walking distance to beach

Très agréablement surprise par l'hôtel qui est bien situé (proche de la mer et des boutiques). Très bien agencé où piscine restaurant bar sont proches et accessibles. Logement très propre et accueil chaleureux. Coup de coeur pour toute l'équipe d'animation où Kate, Simone, Theo et Filippo ont su proposer tous les jours différentes activités (à ne pas hésiter à y aller) ainsi que deux spectacles de soirée (à regarder) ! De plus, nous étions très bien accompagné du début de l'aéroport jusqu'au retour. Séjour fort court mais riche en souvenirs !

Sejour d une semaine du 5 janvier au 12 janvier ...hotel très bien placer ...niveau personnel rien à dire tous le monde très poli et accueillant ...l hotel est très bien 3 piscines ...au niveau de la nourriture il y a du choix ..pour tous les goûts...la chambre est correcte est très grande nous,avions un balcon parfait ...le ménage très bien fait serviettes changer tous les jours ..lit refait parfait ...pour moi le seul bémol serait la baignoire ..pourquoi ne pa mettre que des douches ..oui la couleur aussi est vieillotte mais tout est très propre....aucun problème de ce coter là.. Par contre les chambres ne sont pa insonoriser ont entend les voisins et parfois font le bazard pendant des heures aucun respect ...les piscines sont nikel .....vous avez de quoi manger toute la journée..avec les cake les yaourts même la nuit tout est dispo...le petit déjeuner pleins de bonnes chose les pancakes sont trop bon ..par contre pour moi qui adorent le pain ..c est compliquer le pain français ma bcp manquer ...mais ça reste minime cette chose ...au niveau de mondial tourisme bien accueillis à l aéroport..nikel et nous ont accompagner jusqu a l aéroport ce qui pour ma part et une première..c est parfait ...la mer est à 400 mètres de l hôtel une digue de fou ..pour se ballader parfait ......nous avons passer une très belle semaine dans cette hotel ..rien à dire ..a une petite chose les portes des chambres aurait besoin d un coup de neuf lol ..ce serait très bien...l accueil vous pouvez leur demander ce que vous voulez sont très à l écoute j ai demander une 2 ieme couverture car j avais froid me l ont donner sans problème..ils ont toujours le sourire ...nous avons louer une voiture pour parcourir l île parfait

Personnel du restaurant et du ménage très sympathique. La nourriture est bonne. Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Un peu de timidité pour certains animateurs qui ne sollicitent pas les vacanciers pour les activités. Hôtel bien entretenu.

Brilliant hotel , had the best time , it’s spotless , varied food , all presented nice , staff absolutely lovely can’t do enough for you , and the entertainment team are really good , came with my daughter for a week ,, still here until Wednesday, can’t fault it , just one tiny thing my bed too hard but it’s doable and our room was 1010 down in the dungeon but other than that was happy with it all ,,heated pool a bonus x

Absolutely one one the best entertainment every!!!!!!!!! Face painting was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We saw the show the entertainment show, it was really good!!!!!!! The entertainment team really lovely, we want to come back!!!!!!!!!
