The facility is a bit old and shows slight signs of wear, but all the devices worked, all the doors and windows opened and closed and the bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and spoke passable English, so normal communication was possible.
The furnishings in the apartment are somewhat minimalist and seem to have been put together in a colorful way.

We were allocated a newly refurbished apartment close to the pool by a lovely reception lady. Very acceptable accommodation and all cleaning was provided as advertised. Close to the main ***** and beaches can't fault the place. Staff on the pool bar were all great and friendly, all the food we had was decent. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and will return.

This is the second time we've been here. These apartments are kept beautifully clean as are the grounds. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a walk in pool, not heated, but that doesn't bother me. Fantastic pool bar and when that closes there is another bar on site. The room we had was in a great location. Needless to say already booked for next year

Gor back yesterday I could not fault this holiday or the apartments. I got box of chocolates for my birthday .the friendliest people at reception and at pool bar.cheap drinks food. Had sea view room. Very big .very clean. I did not want to come home .I am booking to go back this year .loved it .

A great apartment , plenty of room and a good balcony . Everything is clean and well equipped . Great for shopping and and entertainment . Maid service excellent , very couple of days . Pool area clean and plenty of sun beds with a good bar reasonably priced. We had a great stay and will be returning next year for some winter sun .

These apartments are basic but very spacious. The pool area was a little noisy situated 5 mins away from main ***** rooms very quiet at night staff in the food area very nice and work very hard all in all was decent but having been to Lanzarote for the past 15 years have stayed in better apartments

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to on this occasion. Close to airport so very short transfer time. This is only our second day here and if you are looking for a nice self catering holiday these apartments will be hard to beat. The apartment itself is flawless, we did get upgraded from a standard to a studio on arrival, we have a decent size bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobes & a room with a single bed. The kitchen area is a good size with a built in fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and electric hob and a couch which folds out to another bed. The TV also has a good selection of English speaking channels including British and Irish tv stations. We have a lovely balcony overlooking the poolside bar across the road and beautiful view of the sea. The staff are extremely friendly, checking in was very easy. The food is very good and not sore on the pocket and pints are only €2.50 (that's the important one 🤣) all in all we are very pleased we booked and will definitely be back
