Family-Friendly Amenities: The hotel is particularly well-suited for families, with multiple pools, a kids' club, mini discos, and activities catering to all ages. Parents appreciated the additional efforts by the staff to make children feel included.

We stayed for 11 nights and had a lovely time. Great entertainment during the day for adults and the kids were kept busy too. One must do is the photographs with John. He’s located just outside the main restaurant at the reception. A great guy and a great photographer. He provided us with over 300 digital photos that he took around the pool and some family shots too. A great guy and great with the kids.

Just back last night from our 5th visit to Sol Lanzarote, we absolutely love this hotel and now book with them direct as its so easy and very good on price compared to booking with the likes of Jet2 or Tui. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and cookies in our room with a note welcoming up back 'home' which was a lovely touch. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleaners are always seen keeping the place tidy and clean, rooms cleaned every day, plenty of clean towels and bedding changed several times whilst we were there. Pools are bit cold but its needed especially when the weather is so hot, the areas around the pool are very clean. Food in the restaurant and snack bar is very good, plenty of choice (im a fussy eater), drinks on tap either self serve or from the snack bar or entertainment bar in the evening. The restaurant and snack bar staff work so hard to make things run smoothly, tables are cleared and cleaned quickly. Entertainment around the pool is great, entertainment staff are so friendly and like a bit of banter (especially Lorenzo & Nathan). Pool parties, foam parties, big inflatable slide, water polo are just a few of tbe things that go on throughout the day. New sunbeds are being rolled out too. The rooms are a very good size, beds are comfortable, cleanliness is great. I would recommend a pool view room. The location is perfect, beach across the walk way outside the hotel, a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to the left and right as you leave the hotel via the beach gate and about an 8 minute drive from the airport. They offer a Late checkout if available, we have always been lucky enough to secure this for a fee, its really handy. Shop on site sells everything you need, there is also a little gift shop. The onsite photographer is brilliant and has such a good personality, always making people laugh and capturing it on camera, I would recommend booking in a photo shoot with him. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel, hence this being our 5th visit and it certainly wont be our last. Thank you for another perfect holiday ❤️ see you next year.
