Booked a one bed superior apartment for myself and husband. Good location, close to the ***** although up a bit of a hill (10 min walk). Apartment was very clean and spacious. Ground floor with lovely sized terrace. Lovely bathroom, shower very good. Bed very comfortable. Air con was fantastic especially in the hot August sun. Pool bar good, didn’t eat there much as went out and about but had some drinks. Staff lovely and friendly. Nice pool. Good value for money. Would definitely go back to Bitacora.

Quite a good hotel, room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy, nothing bad about the room. The hotel itself was very nice, pleasant place, cleaner came, good equipment, fresh towels, staff are very kind and helpful, the drinks form the bar are quite nice. The only bad things about this hotel is that the breakfast was cold, and so was the pool. Overall pleasant experience

Stayed mid August 10 nights 6 adults 3 rooms The hotel is situated 10mins walk away from seafront, it’s up hill but if you don’t fancy the walk 3.5 euros in a taxi. Reception staff - friends and helpful Bar - lovely food drinks and lunch often taken there open 9am until 8.30pm for food, bar was open until late never seen it shut before mid night Also shows all premier league matches. Whilst all the bar staff are great a special shout out to the two ladies who were always happy and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable we had all rooms on second floor overlooking the pool. Aircon is really good it’s only in the bedroom but if you leave the middle door open during the day it circulates throughout. Finally the pool area is clean and opens when the cleaners have finished cleaning the area was about 9.30 most days. However with this being the 6 weeks there was a mad dash every day to get sunbeds.i would envisage this wouldn’t be much an issue outside the main summer holidays. All in all a lovely stay at a reasonable price

Had a lovely stay here in August. Reception was a pleasant experience when booking in. Pool was a good size and with the smaller pool for kiddies. Pool bar was a haven in the hot afternoons with the air con. Cocktails were amazing plus Gayle who found all the sports channels for the football plus her knowledge of the island was tremendous helped us get about on public transport. Her cocktails were also the best without a doubt. Heard about the sunbed wars. It wasn’t a thing for us, always managed to get a bed and relax by the pool with a cocktail. Rooms were decent and cleaned to the highest standard ñ. Nothing was too much. WiFi is free and good. Would I return……most definitely!!

We stayed end of July/beginning of August. When we first arrived we were greeted by Javier on reception. He made us feel very welcome and was really helpful getting us checked in quickly. The reception should have been closed when we arrived and were left instructions via email on how to get into our room, however most nights the reception was open much later. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the shower is hot (something we’ve struggle to find before in Lanzarote). The pool bar is reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. My SIL brought her own oat milk and they happily made her a hot chocolate with it and stored it in their fridge for the week. The pool is a good size and well maintained. The only downside would be the lack of sun beds around the pool area and guests reserving them all day then not using them. The location is great. Down the hill takes you to be the beach. There is also a Lidl a 10 minute walk in the other direction which was handy. We only stayed for 5 nights but had such a brilliant time. Hoping to return again next year with all the family.

After reading some contradicting reviews, we were hesitant about our stay but I need not have worried. We arrived late and reception staff were very friendly and informative. Apartment was nice & clean and had everything we needed including toiletries. We had 4 devices connected to WiFi and never had any issues whatsoever for the full stay and after check out. We never tried the food from the pool bar but again staff were very welcoming and nice. The only issue but this is not specific to these apartments only, were the sunbeds being reserved from early morning and not always being used until the afternoon. Late check out is not an option because the apartments run at around 98% capacity all year round (speaks for itself) but they do have a storage room for luggage and showers available to use after check out. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return & recommend.

Nice hotel not far from front really. Bit of a steep hill on the way back to hotel . Staff at the bar area were really nice and friendly. Same old same old with sunbeds but always eventually managed to get one. Rooms were ok and clean . Overall a food trip and definitely worth the price
