Just back from 7 nights Do not be put off by bad reviews! Ignore them they are after a 5* when it's a good 3* 3* hotel We were all inclusive Rooms--we had a junior suite- yes it was dated compared to our friends but it was soooo spacious absolutely loved it. Housekeeping- cleaner came every single day. Beds made, towels changed, floors cleaned couldn't fault them. Hotel- big hotel lots of places to eat and drink, clean and tidy. Nice open middle with no roof i think this makes rooms cooler Food- food was good yes a bit repetitive but I read quite a lot of hotels are the same before booking. Always found something to eat and I think you just need to use your imagine on it to make the best of it Bbq night- personally I preferred the buffet restaurant Premuim breakfast - again prefered the buffet breakfast so wouldn't do any of them again Pool area- no problem getting beds we went out in morning came back after 3pm we always got beds. There was 8 of us we always got at least pool. Pools nice Easy to book taxi to go places. Staff friendly Sports bar staff very chatty and friendly but has the time to do this cause it's quieter do yummy cocktails but have to pay Very rushed off feet in restaurants but doing a good job still and very seemed polite enough. Reception staff friendly no problem what's so ever. Would recommend to others and would go again so please go enjoy your holiday there 😀

July 2025- 6 of us stayed here (2 adults and 4 children in 2 rooms) Overall, our experience was positive, but there were definitely some highs and lows worth mentioning. Positives: *The location is excellent — right on the beach with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. *The staff at the front desk were polite and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or directions. *Our rooms were clean upon arrival, and the bed was comfortable enough for an all inclusive holiday, beds were made daily and towels replaced daily. The rooms need updating but did not affect our stay and beds were comfy. *Only one plug socket in the room *The hotel is huge which has positive’s and negatives, the positives being loads of different areas to explore for kids and it feels very safe. There are shops, arcades, gym, spa, table tennis, volley ball, pool, crazy golf, park and nature to explore *The food is fresh and cooked well, like any all inclusive it does gets repetitive. There are 3 extra restaurants you can book and are nice for a change. Book early for the other restaurants, the bamboo restaurant is nice if you enjoy sushi and Chinese food. *The two swimming pools are clean and one is warm and one cooler Negatives: * SUNBEDS- terrible, everybody puts Towels out from 10.30 pm and nobody monitoring people doing this. You have no chance of getting a sun bed after 6am. On our last day they seemed to have management team visiting and staff were removing all towels from sunbeds even if you were in the pool or at the bar. *The air conditioning unit was outdated and quite noisy. *Not enough self service drinks available, nowhere to get a drink between 6pm and 7pm. Large ques at the one main entertainment bar every evening and need more staff on. *Pool area was not kept clean and bins often over flowing, particularly bad due to the windy weather. *The burger bar Que is ridiculous, again not enough staff on and often waiting an hour queuing and serving food. Once the food does arrive it is cooked well. Overall, for the size of the hotel they need more staff, more drinks stations (alcohol and non alcohol) and LOADS more sun beds. The evening entertainment was variable, some good entertainment but again not enough seats to cater for all of the occupants. Would I stay again? Maybe — if the price is right and they buy more sunbeds. There’s definitely potential here, but the hotel could use a few upgrades to really shine.

Unfortunately my child got poorly , I can see from another review another child was sick and seems was around same time , doctors visit when home and shows salmonella poisoning , this is a genuine review and im only putting this up to make others aware as seeing a child poorly from a holiday is not nice and would advise others to think about this before booking here or can take the mistake I did , obviously this is a 3 star hotel an yes I did know this before booking but nobody pays for salmonella poisoning and a cockroach evening entertainment show . For those who read reviews for advise but still go , please be aware of the turn around door upon the front arrival, it has the glass missing on the side and if your child places an arm or leg while its turning they will be hurt as witnessed via another incoming family .

Just back from an amazing week away as a family of 4. Let’s address the negatives we seen before we arrived and when we were here. Mosquitos- you’re in a different country, this is not the fault of the hotel. I got bit 3 times, twice at the beach. We took mosquito repellent. Easily sorted. Dated rooms- prior to our stay we decided to upgrade, we emailed the hotel and asked for a junior suite, they had one available and allowed us to pay cash on arrival. Lovely big clean room, bits of paint flaking in the bathroom, which had zero impact on my holiday! the sea view was amazing, cleaners every day, clean bedding and towels every day. Brilliant power shower. Couldn’t ask for more. Sunbed saga- i’ve personally never joined the sunbed wars before, but i’ve also never been on holiday during half term.. it was expected. Twice we put towels down. The rest of the holiday we went to the beach first, then the pool after lunch and always got a bed. If we didn’t get a bed the lifeguard found some for us. Again.. no need for drama. No need for anger. We seen the lifeguard being screamed at several times. Utter disrespect for him when in reality, it’s the guests at fault, not him. If he moved towels he got shouted at, if he didn’t he got shouted at. Food- different selection every night. One night we had fish, the next salad, the next meat, the next paella (you get the idea), yes the food will get repetitive if YOU CHOOSE to eat the same thing every night! the food was fresh, hot and tasty. So many options for kids. We never struggled to get a table. Drinks- there is self serve most of the day so very little queue. If we wanted bar drinks we queued and waited. The staff absolutely do their best, again wait times are to be expected in such a large hotel on school holidays. Rubbish- 95% of the pool are has zero rubbish, the 5% that does is against walls that the wind has pushed the rubbish against. The staff may not have the time to pick it up instantly but it’s cleaned every morning before 10am. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate! Decor of the hotel was stunning, lovely clean courtesy shower rooms for leaving, staff tried their best, literally had everything we needed as a family. Our kids had the best time which is the main goal of a family holiday for us. Please just make the most of your time, don’t stress the small stuff 🙂🙂

God awful place, can’t believe people have been here more than once, at least a lot of those, recently based on reviews, say they will no longer return. Those who say ‘ignore negative reviews’ must never have been to any decent hotel in their life. If you have booked here and are yet to fly out - change your hotel immediately.
