Great apartments… lovely feb half term stay.. 10 mts from the *****.. cleaned daily.. quiet nice grounds The only thing I echo is sunbeds hard to find as taken early or people leave towels out

Location is perfect!!! So central!!.. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants but far enough away to not be a nuisance. Rooms are clean and a good size. Beds comfortable and changed every few days. We were self catering it had everything we needed for light cooking however the r tractor fan was a bit faulty and knocked off at times. Bottle of water in room on arrival which was a big help after arriving late at night. Staff were all very friendly. There is a supermarket just at the back of hotel which was handy. The only thing that let this hotel down is the lack of sun beds at the pool which were all taken from early morning.. and most being taken and not used most of the day!… which was very frustrating as a family with kids wanting to use the pool most of the day, we had to keep going around late afternoon to watch for any available sun beds. Overall a good stay and would recommend. But I would also recommend the hotel look into the sun bed issues too.

Hotel location is fantastic.Overall hotel excellent.Staff very helpful. One downfall in apartment is air conditioning.Needs U/G to cover bedrooms.Reservation of beds at pool area is a problem.(No towels on beds until at least pool area cleaned in the morning).A good mix at the hotel.Young,old and families

I had a brilliant stay in this hotel less than nine months ago. Some things have changed in that short time. Notably, the acquisition of poolside rooms has now been classified as an upgrade… …Except it hasn’t. Having been randomly assigned three poolside rooms last year, I contacted the hotel prior to staying to ask if I could repeat this setup. I was informed that this was now a chargeable amendment of €25 per day, per room. This is quite a lot of money. Especially if you aren’t advised of this without liaising directly with the hotel. That’s where the problem lies. I initially couldn’t reach the hotel so I made contact with Jet2 as my provider who could only give me a different email address to use but could not act on my behalf to negotiate poolside rooms because there simply wasn’t an option on the website to do so (at the time of booking/writing this). Therefore it’s left to the discretion of the traveller and the hotel. The hotel responded with the new pricing strategy but also informed me that rooms aren’t allocated until the days leading up to arrival. So I asked myself (and them) - how can the poolside room be classed as an upgrade if I haven’t actually been assigned a room? Anyway, I accepted this was the luck of the draw and planned to sort it on the day of my arrival. A month after initial correspondence, we arrived and were not assigned poolside rooms. I asked about the upgrade but was told there were no poolside rooms available and that they get snatched up quickly via the website. However, I pointed out that this couldn’t possibly be true as the website doesn’t have a room classification system - you get what you’re given. This was backtracked by hotel staff who apologised and said they’d make a note and give me a shout if one became available. In fairness, I don’t blame anyone working on reception. It’s quite clearly been a new initiative rolled out haphazardly and has left both staff and customers confused. That’s a management issue entirely. Anyway, that was frustrating but I still rate this hotel very highly despite that. If they can iron that out it’d be ideal. We didn’t get poolside rooms, obviously, but what we did get was still great. It’s a lovely location with fantastic facilities. One other little issue was the door to the HyperDino supermarket. It’s very convenient when it’s open as it allows for access to and from the hotel and I totally get why it’s locked after a certain time but… the key cards for the rooms which are implied to unlock it for guests don’t fit.

I don’t understand all the good reviews for this hotel, we arrived for our week holiday and checked out the next morning. We were given a room right at the back of the complex, took a good 10 minutes to walk to from reception. Should have known by how rough the reception was that the room wasn’t going to be much better. Room was on the 1st floor and just getting through the door was tough, door was wrecked and the key lock barely worked. Opened the door and the apartment was supposed to be refurbished however it was old and dingy, looked like it had been given the landlord special. The next thing was the fact that there was no air conditioning unit in the bedroom, only a small one down the hall in the front room/kitchen. Beds were rock hard, flat pillows and the windows in the whole apartment were rotten and had multiple locks on. Door to the balcony I could see outside just from looking at the door frame. Definitely did not feel safe with the state of doors and windows. The safe in the bedroom had the lock taken out so not point in that is there. Checked out next morning and headed to our usual hotel in Costa Teguise. Will contact EasyJet about this hotel. Reception also seemed to not be surprised about us checking out early, must happen quite often.
