La piscina está tomada por los niños y mayores saltándose normas de acceso a los demás, la socorrista se va a las 1730 y nos cierra las sombrillas por norma , nos quedamos al sol y sin poder hacer uso de la piscina tomada por los que no respetan a los demás, Rafid el recepcionista nos dijo que era normal y pueden hacer lo que quieran que pagan mucho

mi piace venire al Nautilus, sono gentili e poco invadenti,la struttura è composta da degli appartamenti moderni e autonomi, c'è la possibilità di fare colazione in strutura attraverso un cuoco che ti prepara al momento uova, bacon,panake etc. al costo di 9€ totale. si trova vicino all'aereoporto ma non c'è rumore, è a metà isola e sia per andare a nord che a sud è in una posizione strategica... mare dista veramente poco e c'è anche una piscina per bimbi e una per adulti.

Here now. Absolutely disgusting place, we have got builders RIGHT NEXT door to us. Guy on reception was useless, no available rooms to move to. He lied to us several times, told us that next door had said there wasn't a problem with noise, spoke to the chap next door and he confirmed that reception guy hadn't even spoke to him. Don't book here, go somewhere else for God's sake. It's a nightmare.

On arrival and throughout the week,I was impressed to see how accessible the Nautilus is. We wanted somewhere quiet, accessible and safe. The Nautilus ticked all the boxes. Handrails, ramps, wetroom, accessible kitchen and plugs, etc,. My daughter was well able to get around on her mobility scooter. The hotel only provided breakfast. But it was literally a 2 min walk to the beach, bars,, shops and restaurants. The staff I found to be friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were friendly and the apartment was cleaned everyday we were out. We were never rushed in any way. No matter what we left lying about, it was not touched. We felt safe there. The sun loungers and pool were fab and well kept. The lift chair into the pool was a big thumbs up. Would definitely recommend the Nautilus, especially to those with mobility difficulties.

Went with my mum and we found this hotel okay. Pros Location - short walk to the beach and restaurants. Size - our accommodation was spacious with all the amenities Staff - very helpful and courteous Cons On the third night we had a cockroach in our bedroom. Could sleep! The wet room overflowed out into the hall and the main bedroom one night after we both had showers. Breakfast - we didn’t find there to be as many options as other hotels we have stayed in. The coffee machine wasn’t working. You feel like you are eating breakfast in the hotel reception area Ok for a short break but probably wouldn’t stay here again

This was our SEVENTH time at Nautilus. It is always so clean and well looked after. The whole site is also an impressive art installation in and outside the apartments. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We arrived on our wedding anniversary and the next day a chocolate cake and bottle of bubbly appeared in our apartment!! That was such a lovely surprise. Despite being very quiet and relaxing, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and promenade in Matagorda is only a few minutes walking. It really is a great location and is also perfect for mobility, wheelchair use around the site as well as to the seafront, shops and restaurants. I thoroughly recommend this as a very relaxing stay.

Absolutely loved this complex . First time visit and will definitely be back. If you're an art lover, this place is for you. Room is very clean and spacious. Had a two bedroom apartment. Great facilities are provided in the room for your stay if doing self catering. They do provide breakfast though not something we paid for/sampled.So close to the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Would definitely recommend for single/couples/families. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment is that the pool is not heated, so really cold - brrrrr!

The hotel is in a great location just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff helpful when approached. There is noise from the nearby airport but it didn't spoil our experience. Afterall it is stated in the hotel description that it's close to the airport. I would encourage people to clearly read hotel descriptions carefully before complaining about something that is plain to see in black and white. There is nothing wrong with this hotel and we will be returning in the near future!!
