The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Where to start 🤔 This resort doesn't deserve a 3 star rating. The reception area is sparse. Most of the staff seemed disinterested - the man who checked us in was unhelpful in the extreme. Be prepared for extra costs - the wifi costs €20 per device for one week. The safe in the room is €21 per week. There is no tea/coffee or water in the room - luckily there are plenty of Spar shops! The accommodation is dire - old, dark not particularly clean. There's no air conditioning but fans are available to hire, at a cost, of course. The bathroom had no window or extraction fan. The shower had mould and a hand painted tray. The screen leaked... The food is not great. Almost always cold. Not good if you have any allergies. The pool area is not big enough for the amount of rooms. If you're willing to "reserve " your sunbeds by queuing with your towels before the pool opens then this is the resort for you! By the way the cleaning lady comes very early and the staff don't bother to tell you that men will be working with chainsaws right outside your bedroom window at 8am! All in all a poor choice of accommodation by Jet2.

This is the 2nd time weve been to this hotel, not as good as the first we stayed 2yrs ago, food very poor, big mad rush for the sunbeds then no ones on them for hours, the cost of the Wi-Fi at 20 Euro for the week on 1 device is disgusting when most places these days it free. Plus side bar staff very very good and no issues with the drinks i.e. how many you can have etc. There's a steep climb up to the hotel from the beach, and there's loads of steps and ramps within the hotel complex so if you are not good on your legs etc you need to consider this. Wont be coming back to this hotel.

Location perfect hotel rooms good comfy beds.child free which is good for us. Problem with birds fouling the balcony and me not impressed was on 3rd floor and dud not use balcony for this reason good kitchen with fridge freezer. Half board and the food was not good at all bland cold and not great choice ate out. Pool area small hence gates shut opened at 0900 and queues and stampede for beds. Never experienced this before so although hotel location and rooms good would not return.

Comfy bed, room very spacious, cleaners every other day. Pool was good, only a few of us went in the pool as it was too cold for some. Excellent reception service, they changed my room quickly when I told them I needed a room with a balcony. Service at the restaurant was great, food was much better than I expected. Bar had a good choice of drinks, no entertainment which the bar could benefit from. Altogether a decent stay.

First time here, have walked past it in many occasions when stayed in Lanzarote and was very happy with everything. I went with my dad and the lovely staff Maisey included could not be more helpful and polite. We were upgraded and our room was large, clean, comfortable. The staff work very hard and I never came across anyone that was impolite. The balcony is great to sit out on and the room is cleaned with fresh towels every other day. We went for breakfast most mornings and there is a choice of English type breakfast, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, a coffee machine. All the staff in there are work hard collecting plates and giving an excellent service. Again all very polite. We had a small issue with the shower head and it was rectified the same day. Have not tried the evening meal yet as we tend to go out to the local restaurants, though as per a previous review you cannot pay for a burger and expect a steak! The hotel is excellent value and we have had a lovely holiday here. It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the main *****. There is a Spa shop just outside the main gates. We would definitely recommend this hotel again. Thank you to all the hard working staff who have made our stay a lovely experience. Go home Sunday and will have been here for 6 nights. J & B
