Ereza Apartamentos Los Hibiscos - Adults Only

I stopped at this hotel with my partner for 4 nights We booked half board the food in the restaurant was ok nothing special. Room never got cleaned why I was there. It was very noisy on a night with younger adults jumping in the pool early hours every night

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

We started our week there with really nice receptionist. She was really helpful. She helped us with car rental. Another nice person was one bartender. She was always happy, she was smiling and talked with me in Spanish even though I speak spanish just a little bit. Another advantages were the localization and that the hotel is for guests 16+ years old. Disadvantages: The other staff members were always grim, they could say nothing at all while taking the order from me. And they didn’t give me a chance to speak Spanish to them, even when I started in Spanish, they answered in English. Food was terrible. Everything tasted the same. The choice was poor. The food was sometimes cold. There was almost no local food. There was mainly English breakfast. Sometimes the only thing I could eat were the French fries. My girlfriend once took fried potatoes and they were raw. The same thing happens to me but with the chicken!! That’s hazardous for health. There’s no AC in the rooms. We had room on the 1st floor and we couldn’t even open the windows because behind the window the staff members were walking there very loudly every night and we couldn’t sleep. The pillows were flat so you didn’t feel the difference if you sleep on one or not. Sunbeds…guests were blocking the sunbeds at 9 when the pool opened and then they were gone for like 3-4 hours and there were no available sunbeds. The other day there was even information by the pool that this is forbidden but the staff didn’t give a s… about this and did nothing.
