Ereza Apartamentos Los Hibiscos - Adults Only

The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Well positive first Location is great Room clean and spacious Negatives Pool was dirty and hard to find a lounger Floor on pool area was very dirty never seen it cleaned Breakfast OK but cold Lunch salad OK Dinner tried twice was awful Wouldn't stay again unless cheep sc option , we are not fussy eaters and didn't expect 5 star but was disappointed and going to email jet 2 as I feel temperature of food was not OK seafood n rice shouldn't be just warm it dangerous

This is absolutely not a 3* hotel. No air conditioning or WiFi. The rooms are stifling! People were sleeping in the lounge, kitchen areas. The alcohol is cheap and nasty and the all inclusive beer is Amstel not even a local Spanish beer. It’s extremely basic. People queue for a pool space which they take all day. No music or entertainment.

Just returned from a week here and were pleasantry surprised at how lovely the place was! The apartments are huge, clean and staff are incredibly friendly. The lack of air con wasn’t an issue until the temperature reached over 30 degrees and you can’t really open the large window as it leads to the walkway, unless you’re comfortable with the lack of privacy this would leave. We did hire a fan for €19 for the week, which helped a little, but the bedroom area particularly is very stuffy. The view from the room was beautiful though, were block B in 422 and had a view of the sea and the pool. The pool area was a little cramped for sun loungers, but we had no issues with getting a couple of loungers, even when going down to the pool at lunch time a couple of days. The pool itself is clean and the whole area, including loungers, were cleaned each evening! We were all inclusive, which was great for drinks and breakfast, but the restaurant is quite small and the luke warm dinner and tea were pretty much the same each day, so we ate out most evenings. The snacks were hit and miss and unclear what options were, 1 day had pepperoni pizza on the sign and it was tuna. The all inclusive is also on your key, so not ideal if you are a couple and 1 person wants to go to the room, the other can’t get food etc without the key - some of the bar team just serve all inclusive to everyone, a family of 7 next to us were bragging that they weren’t charged for their round of drinks, despite being self catering - yet other staff did ask for key cards and room numbers, they need to look at wristbands in my opinion! The location is fantastic, 20 second walk and you’re on the beach with bars and restaurants in both directions. Our only issue was we couldn’t extend our check out time and there’s no place to freshen up before being picked up, so after our 12 noon check out, we were sat in the shade for 6 hours as we didn’t want to sit in the heat without showering before our 6-6:30pm pick up time. A shower block where the now closed children’s play area is would be a great addition to the hotel. Overall we would stay here again, maybe earlier or later in the year as the rooms are too warm without proper air conditioning in the summer, the place definitely has potential to be a higher star with a few tweaks!
