Hotel THB Flora

Didn't like apt on ground level ,always got a smell in apt like damp or drains ,to much of inclined not suitable for any one with mobility issues wouldn't return

The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely.

The staff are quite rude. I’d ask for some replacement cups and plates for the room and got an a grey response from the reception saying you’re staying self catering so wash them yourself. I understand that but no need to speak to customers in the way they did. The air con was broken from day one which made my stay very uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a fan and sent the maintenance man round but stated the air con isn’t very good and couldn’t be fixed. It was a clean place and the location is ok so I would recommend for a v cheap last minute holiday. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again

Arrived late and was allocated room 351 in Flora 2.... a superior one bed apartment that i had upgraded to! Now, my review will be totally honest, and if you stay here, you will likely agree. This is from someone totally ok staying in a 2 star in Greece kind of review! Room 351 is in Flora 2 on the other side of the road to reception. There is a connecting tunnel downhill, then uphill, or crossing a main road. The room was absolutely inadequate on arrival, tiny (the smallest room ever paid for, even 2 star in Greece as ive said massively outweighs it), door wasn't safe and couldn't lock it properly, still rattled when locked and one pull and it still opened, stank of damp and the pictures advertised for this supposed SUPERIOR 1 bed apartment upgrade are a hugely false representation ro what you get, it would seem pictures being used for this type of accommodation are from other bigger rooms (Complaint made to jet2 about this) hotel managers response was maybe the room you have wasn't the one pictured but does exsist, but with 4 rooms booked and all terrible, maybe they have just the 1 for the photography and mis selling? I went to complain straight away at reception and told there was nothing they could do, that I had booked this room, and basically tough luck from the manager. I arrived late, so I had to give in for the first night and reluctantly stay in this hell hole of an apartment (and i repeat, i'm very easily pleased in a 2 star!) I view a room as a place to sleep with basic amenities and nothing else. However, this apartment was not only inadequate but massively unsafe! I had to sleep next to the door (sleeping on the floor) and put my children in the bedroom to feel safe, the bedroom has fixed bars on the window, just like jail... so god forbid, if a fire broke out in the kitchen area located in the middle of the tiny apartment, there is no way out of the bedroom!!!! For this reason, I didn't sleep at all the first night along with the door! I had to call reception to even get bedding for the pull out bed, no pillow or blankets we're provided (yes, we checked all the wardrobes) was told to come to reception at 2am to get them which is 5 mins away. First thing the next day, i was down at 8.30 am. waiting for the jet 2 rep (i had been told he was there at 9am) to now be told he doesn't come until 6.30pm. It's only when the manager realised we were in a large family party and had 4 rooms booked that he actually came to assist and try to offer a solution. I was offered a downgrade to a junior suite (not self-catering as per my original booking) What's strange is that the down grade is better than the superior room I'd paid more for. This room was what you would expect for a 3 star accommodation and had more space and everybody actually had a bed (not sleeping on the floor) we did miss the self catering for breakfast, but decided the sacrifice of the room being better meant more. So my advice is do not book Flora 2! You will be massiv

Love this place, it's reasonably prices, great for families & lovely grounds. We had a slight issue with the AC but we coped with a fan. Both pools were great, the staff all very friendly and loved Flora 2 (quieter than the main building). Not too far to walk from the main bars, restaurants and beach - would recommend for a cheap family holiday.
