The hotel was lovely. Food selection and speciality restaurants were really good. Drinks let the hotel down. Machine produced cocktails were too sweet, and tasted nothing like the genuine cocktails do.

I would just like to say this was an amzing stay the staff are amazing so friendly the food was very good for a all inclusive the drinks yes not as stong as youd get in a bar but bar staff when asked would always top it up The rooms very clean nice and modern and cleaers very good and bery polite. Reception brilliant bar one person (carlos very rude and and missleading asked 2 days before check out for late check out was told come back tommorow at same time.so we did then was only to be told by him we are to late and cant be done told us we needed to do it 2 days before when i challanged him on this he.was very rude and stand offish even when it was him that we spoke to before hand) But i cant fault the rest of the stay would returning again 100% Special mention to the manger pablo he is fantasic

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à RIU LANZAROTE. Le club se trouve à côté des arrêts de bus pour pouvoir visiter l'île ou pour faire du shopping. La plage est juste en face du club, elle est immense et la mer est très bonne quand il n'y a pas du vent.

Hotel ist ok. Essen befriedigend. Soft - Getränke normal, Alkhoholische Getränke nicht gut. Zimmerfrau gut . Thekenbedienung (Esselte) bei der Italien Pizza frech und unhöflich. Habe nicht gleich ein Stück Pizza genommen, ist sofort laut geworden. Noch nie bei Riu so einen Anfall erlebt.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough they go above and beyond to look after u all. My daughter of 11 had a severe peanut allergy and they introduce us to the staff and they personally greeted her every night and took her around d to get her dinner informing her of what she was allowed. They then cooked in fresh for her out the back incase of contamination. My elderly mother was also looked after very well and hotel very accessible. The rooms where just fab x thank you for a brilliant holiday and stay that was stress free
