We are very pleased with this hotel. The room we got was perfect. The food is very nice, but maybe too much pork every meal. Swimming pool could be heated. For the first time we arrived Aida made us welcome and show us our room because we were lost. She is in charge of entertainment and she works so hard to get the guests involved with the activities.

The room was newly refurbished and very clean. The cleaner was in daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent position close to the beach and a short walk from shops and restaurants. We were all inclusive and the food was a big improvement from last year we found something to eat every meal and the food was fresh and hot.

Our first time here. Very nice place, the rooms are lovely. The food is ok. That's a small place and we met friendly people. In the evening sometimes the waiter is not at the bar to serve. But Aida, the entertainer helped us when we arrived directed we to our room. She is very friendly and helpful. She involves everyone to do the activities. And she does the best sangria but she couldn't change the weather.

Fantastic hotel. The entertainment manager, Aida is lovely. Her enthusiasms is infectious. Excellent bar staff, specially Ismael , outstanding service. The pool area is very clean. We’ve been to 5 star hotels not up to this standard. We definitely will come back!

The hotel is very comfortable, The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. Food is pleasantly varied, there is something for everyone. Entertainment has been good , particularly with Aida, she is very friendly , bubbly and a very nice person. She interacts very well with all the hotel guests.

We had a good room with balcony with view of the sea, kettle, tea ,coffee supplied and fridge in room also a safe which we paid a deposit for, that was returned when we checked out. Room cleaned daily and sheets/towels changed twice in our weeks stay. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds and sun umbrellas although beds quite close together. All staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Food ok, could always find something to eat although choices could have been more exciting. At times it was a bit like being in a canteen as some of the staff were quite noisy removing and clearing away plates. Breakfast by far the best choice. Help yourself wine, beer and soft drinks/water available at lunch and evening meals, not a fan of the wine but as there were other options it wasn’t an issue. Snacks available at the bar morning, late afternoon and evening to help yourself regardless of whether you were all inclusive or not. Area for evening relaxing could do with a bit of TLC - cheap plastic chairs and tables not really what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Other options for seating are a small number of wicker chairs/settees in the reception area and a few seats outside in a narrow area near the bar for smokers. Pool towels and plastic pool glasses can be hired at reception with money returned at the end of your stay.

Lovely, spacious room with large balcony. Very clean, towels changed every 2 days. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds, bit tightly packed though. Friendly staff. Lovely selection of food on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend for couples.

The hotel provided an amazing atmosphere which was facilitated by Aida the entertainment host. She learns guests names very quickly which makes you feel welcome in the hotel and actually talks to you. The entertainment provided by her as well is top notch. The rooms are kept clean and the food is what you would expect from an all inclusive. We got what we paid for. I had a massage while I was there and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Aida for making our holiday one to remember! we appreciate you!

Booked late for a week away in Lanzarote. Was looking for B&B but upgrade to AI was a real bargain. Food was very good, always hot although the menu was a little "pork heavy". Having said that, several variations giving enough choice. Sunbed reservation is not allowed, but everyone does it, so don't snooze or you lose.... Aida, mentioned in many reviews is brilliant at her job. Her humour is special 😉. Would definitely return.
