The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice, good service at the bar-restaurant.
Good cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned daily, the view of the sea and Puerto is quite nice.
But some negative points, 1 elevator that worked out of the 3, I was on the 6th floor.
The doors slam in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and there is no way to sleep, you have to forget about lying in, the swimming pool is small but has the merit of existing.

A hotel with excellent value for money. Its glory days are long behind it, but it is sufficient for those who want something more than just a hotel stay. Good breakfasts and great dinners. Rooftop swimming pool (8th floor). Great location, close to the center, beach, shops and pubs.

Hotel centrico y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y espaciosas. Disponen de balcon, TV y nevera. El servicio de limpieza, muy bien. Las instalaciones correctas pero necesitan un poco de mantenimiento. El desayuno, correcto. La cena, regular. Cada noche habia un pescado diferente pero eran pescados que no habia visto nunca en un restaurante: fogonero, tilapia,... Reutilizan la comida sobrante: Una noche habia "costilla de cerdo a la barbacoa", la siguiente noche "costilla de cerdo con piña". Pediria a la Direccion del hotel que no pusiera el "hilo musical". La gente quiere comer con tranquilidad y no en una discoteca. La relacion Calidad/Precio, muy buena.

Piuttosto che soggiornare qui, prendete l'hotel Orotava che è di fronte al Magec ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Questo hotel era un 4 stelle forse 50 anni fa minimo. La colazione non è nulla di particolare, la roba dolce è più buona quella del discount, la roba salata non ho avuto il coraggio di provarla. Le camere lasciano a desiderare in pulizia e confort. L'unica cosa che salvo è il personale che è gentile e disponibile, per il resto anche un 3 stelle sarebbe meglio di questo hotel.

The hotel was dated and dirty, the rooms were small and not adequate with plugs hanging off the walls and filth and grime everywhere. The shower I felt more dirty after washing than before, thick grime over the shower screen and all around the taps looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Nothing like the photos which are heavily photoshopped and not current at all. Hotel staff so rude especially at the bar they prioritised locals over all inclusive guests as they were paying. Ignored at the bar, waited ages to be served whilst they served loads of people who were not there first. Food options were not great at all not many options and poor quality. The drinks were so bad all of the mixers tasted of pure sugar so so cheap couldn’t even enjoy a soft drink let alone an alcoholic one. Only good points were the location from the beach and a 5 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and bars. Thank god as it was needed!
