Everything was fine except for the very weak Wi-Fi and an incredibly noisy group of teenagers who kept the guests from resting peacefully, day or night. The administration did not make any remarks to them, although the entire hotel was restless because of them.

The hotel is old, so the price is minimal compared to all other options. But I was not initially pursuing a hotel vacation, I was not there almost all day, so there was no time to pay attention to the shortcomings. I got a small room with a terrace on the 4th floor with a view of Teide. In my opinion, it is great. The rooms are cleaned every day. There were no problems with hot water, soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided. There is a refrigerator. This was enough for me. I would like to separately thank the neighbors for their decent behavior, because the rooms are audible.

The shower head was broken, I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk. Coincidentally, after taking a shower, I dropped my wireless headset. I didn't pick it up from the floor because I had just finished showering. We left the room and went out. When I went to sneak the headset in, I remembered that I had dropped it in the room. I called to have it put away so I could go look for it and the guy at the front desk told me that he hadn't found it but that they found another one in the hallway ***** mine is white. Think what you want.

What a wonderful little place! In a central location. You could not ask for anything more! Absolutely wonderful staff extremely helpful and friendly, they work very hard to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. It was super clean everywhere too! Cleaners work very hard also! The little rooftop pool was a nice added touch with sunbeds! Would definitely return and stay here again! Big, big thank you to you all! Hope to see you again soon!
