At €120 for 2 nights including breakfast we weren't expecting a palace but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Beds weren't the best but we slept reasonably well and were given extra pillows on request. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We ventured up to the pool on the way back from the beach and had a quick dip. The area was a little drab but the pool itself was clean. Breakfast was a pre order with a good choice available. There was also a selection of fresh pastries brought to the table before the hot food arrived. Yogurts, fruit, bread, preserves, tea, coffee and juices were also available. We were very impressed with the selection available and the service and cleanliness within the breakfast area. The real selling point of this hotel is it's central location, within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, shops and Lago Martinez. All in all a good stay at a bargain price.

Llegamos a puerto de la Cruz un lunes por la noche. Andamos unos 15 min de la gua gua a los apartamentos y ya se veía que iba a haber buen ambiente. La habitación pequeñita pero muy “mona”, limpia y con lo suficiente para pasar unos días. Las chicas de la recepción han sido muy amables durante nuestra estancia, sobre todo Fabiola que además de atenta y simpática nos recomendó muchos sitios para comer, cenar y desayunar, así como rutas de senderismo y multiaventuras. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de Puerto de la Cruz, que te ofrece tranquilidad para descansar, playas bonitas y muchos sitios que ver y donde comer y tomar algo.

Cuando llegamos, la puerta no se abría. No imports cuántas veces intentamos hacerlo, pero al final, lo hemos conseguido. Las sillas de patio estaban defectuosas y mi compañero se cayó. No había aire acondicionado qué resultó en la falta de sueño. ¡Tan pronto como nos levantamos, nos echaron fuera de la habitación antes de lo que esperábamos!

Excelente relación calidad precio ubicación a 5 minutos del Ayuntamiento y las zonas más turísticas bien equipado de utensilios y piscina a buena temperatura sin lujos pero muy cómodo aunque la cama sea dura puedes solicitar tope para hacerla más confortable

Lovely Studio Appartment

Could have been better if it had stopped pouring with rain and I had not fallen down the stairs.
The hotel us spotless. The staff are extremely helpful they could not do enough for us. It is spotlessly clean. We just wished that they had evening entertainment. The reception staf came to meet us as soon as they saw us walking in and if we had a bag they would take it to our roomfor us. Would always stay as this hotel.

Wir haben von Mitte Januar bis Ende März 2025 im Bambi-Apartment Hotel (Adults only) gewohnt. Es liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und Meer entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und die Mitarbeiter sind absolut hilfreich und freundlich! Besonders zu erwähnen sind Esperanza, Fabiola und Dalai die sich sehr um alles kümmern. Ebenso vorbildlich ist der Zimmerservice. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel mehrfach bzw. wöchentlich. Es gibt einen Pool und eine sonnige Dachterrasse.
