Whilst at this hotel we had a medical emergency,we were due to leave two days later. My partner was admitted to hospital,and the reception staff group went above and beyond to look after me ,whilst I was hospital visiting,but also to let me book rooms on a daily basis,or however I needed one . They made sure that I was supported every day.By not only enquiring how "the patient" was ,but how I was too. And here are there names Oscar,Alfredo,Lidia, Virginia,Nicolai,and the asst manager airam,who even carried my case when I had to transfer rooms . This hotel doesn't have all the super super refinements that some have,but the staff group here know you by name,give you good advice,and have generous spirits. The animation team led by maria do a wonderful job at keeping everyone happy day and night. So thankyou and yes we will be back

Recently back from 9 nights in this hotel. The hotel was clean and the food was good albeit a little repetitive at times. Room was cleaned everyday and all the hotel staff appeared happy and smiley 😃. Only downsides for myself was not having a balcony (Not the hotels fault, Tui didn’t state there was/wasn’t a balcony) and the location was very quiet and mainly full of the older generation folk.

Far better than we expected after reading some reviews, by far one of the best HB for food for the price we payed on a Jet2holiday. Choice for breakfast and evening meal was brilliant, evening meal not repetitive lots of different selections of dishes, I'm a none meat eater but had no trouble with choices on offer, plenty of fish dishes and large salad and sweet selection. My partner said some of the most tender meat he has eaten and the best beef ever. Plenty of sun beds around the pool, the maid cleaned room daily and was perfectly cleaned a credit to the management. Stayed on 10th floor there are 3 lifts and they can be busy at breakfast and evening meals so sometimes a little wait. Great that it's now adults only so no children running around the dining room and food is catered for adults. The location of the hotel is perfect 30 seconds to nearest bars and shops only minutes away and a couple of small supermarkets across the road. We would 100% stay again. Recommend lido lounge bar right opposite the hotel entrance for great drinks and music.

Brilliant location, lovely staff and gorgeous food . Stayed a week in November 2024. The maids were Brilliant rooms cleaned every day , stay was relaxing . Resort was also very well looked after. One downside on the hotel is it very tired looking could do with a full upgrade lots of loose tiles on the hallways and lifts mostly stopped 3 -4 cm above the floor levels which is a major trip hazard especially for the older ones . Also the floor in the dining area needs replacing as to the left it's very uneven with trip hazards . But again overall very pleasant stay well done to the staff .

Quelle déception, je ne suis pas habitué à laisser un avis négatif, mais ma déception est tellement grande que je ne peux pas m'en empêcher. Hôtel vieillot, mal insonorisé, surtout si vous avez une chambre vue mer, musique tous les jours jusqu'à 23h30. Boules quiès obligatoires. Des ascenseurs du siècle dernier, des temps d'attente importants ... Peu ou pas de personnels parlent français. Salle de restaurant hyper bruyante, nourriture juste acceptable, fontaine à eau le matin mais pas au dîner et au déjeuner. Parking payant à 100 m 1.50€ de l'heure ou 0.75€ si vous prenez un forfait de 50 €. Coût total perso 120€ Point positif l'emplacement, la chambre et la salle de bain correcte. je connais déjà la réponse de la direction de cet hôtel qui lui servira à améliorer sa prestation. Il écrit toujours la même réponse sur les mêmes avis, mais rien ne change. Qu'il n'espère pas nous revoir. Dorénavant je fuirais les hôtels Catalonia et je déconseillerai mes amis sur cette chaîne d'hôtels.

We are currently here in this hotel it is fabulous. The location is brilliant food is good and the staff brilliant. I took unwell last night in the restaurant and the staff were brilliant and dealt with me with distraction especially thanks to Dina who really went over and above and that hug when I came round means the absolute world to me
