Instalações antigas e sem grande qualidade As refeições sem grande variedade Hotel em prédio de 16 andares. Elevadores funcionam muito mal Os últimos piso quase sempre tinha de vir pelas escadas. Surreal Não recomendo a ninguém

Okay hotel very tired looking cockroaches galore - staff are ok but very rude when you ask for things like towels they just say later The entertainment is okay The rooms are tired and old looking The food is very average and repetitive The omelettes that you get made on the spot have reused vegetables even onions smelt of being stale The peppers were slimey and the staff were just rude when I politely asked The room key situation is awful it’s on your hand bracelet and it’s a faff to use The room cleaners do a good job however some are extremely rude

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Recomendado para familias, amplias habitaciones con amplísimas terrazas. Limpio, variedad en el buffet, muy bien situado y trato por el personal excelente. Hotel con animación desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 11 de la noche. Para todas las edades, clases de estiramiento, campeonatos de pin-pon, dardos, baile, karaoke... puedes pedir raquetas para jugar al tenis.... Muy bien todo.. Lo mejor es que pese a lo animado no hay niños mal educados ya que los clientes son gente educada y el hotel marca las normas con educacióny respeto para todos. Primera liínea de playa y vistas al Teide. El contra, está algo anticuado pero muy limpio y bien conservado. El parking aunque pequeño, se complementa con el bono del cc Matianez que está pated con pared., la hora se queda a 0.75e...Volveremos sin duda, han sido unas buenas vacaciones, gracias.

Lovely hotel. Pool was so clean and nice. Food was lovely with plenty of variety, our hotel room was spacious and clean and we had a sea view, was lovely at night to sit on the balcony and look at the lovely view.

El personal de recepción y de Spa muy amables. El hotel está muy antiguo, sobre todo las habitaciones, la comida del buffet deja mucho que desear, se salvan los desayunos, el bar de la piscina (aunque en la aplicación pibe que en verano cierra a las 19:00h) cierra a las 18:00h, cosa que no entiendo cuando a esa hora la piscina está llena de gente; el otro bar acaba el todo incluido a las 23:00h, y a partir de esa hora tienes que pagar lo que pidas. Hoy hemos estado todo el día fuera y cuando hemos llegado a las 23:01h, ya no nos ponían nada sin pagar. Es verdad que el hotel está muy bien situado y las habitaciones tienen vistas espectaculares, pero hay muchos aspectos a mejorar. No creo que volvamos

Overall our stay was pleasant. Not outstanding, not poor just pleasant. Staff were amazing, and mini disco was perfect for our 4 year old. We had some initial issues with our room, curtains didn't shut, and more worryingly the balcony door didn't lock however maintenance was deployed within 10 minutes, it wasn't a permanent fix but good enough we could lock it for the week. Issues with the safe, but again rectified quickly. Food was good, always a few things that even.a picky child would eat, and a good rotation of things, though if you timed it poorly it was all a bit tepid. Drinks and bar staff were excellent. Location was ideal, with a free transfer available to Loro Parque. All round, nice place but if you want 4 or 5 stars, elsewhere you would need to go. But again, amazing staff.
