My Husband daughter and I are just home from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel lobby, rooms and pool area is nice. We were all inclusive and are not fussy eaters but the food was cold, inedible, all three of us got very sick which we believe was good poisoning. Drinks were no better beer completely flat and spirits were nothing short of poison. We have gone all inclusive many times and this has been the very worst experience of all our trips. We are still recovering but want to warn anyone intending on booking here to reconsider

Très bon emplacement la chambre vue sur mer est magnifique bonne literie et personnel très compétent.le restaurant est au top choix important et de qualité.des excursions sont organisées par l hôtel celle du volcan est a faire le seul bémol pas de parking pour les voitures donc préférer le taxi ou les transports en commun.

A great hotel at a great price with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and recently redone, with a comfortable bed. We didn’t pay extra for the view out to sea, but honestly don’t think it’s needed - the view back into the hills was nice. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good selection of different foods, lots of fruit and vegetables too. There’s a good sized pool and a gym. A bar at the pool for during the day and one on the roof if you want to carry on later! A great little shop at the entrance sells all the drinks, snacks, sunblock and anything similar that you might need. The hotel is up the hill from the main part of the town but it’s not far to walk and if you don’t want to, there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. If you’re looking for a good place to stay for a break in Puerto de la Cruz but without breaking the bank, the Interpalace could be the hotel for you.

This holiday was a valentines break for my wife and me as it was our wedding anniversary. The day after we arrived having only ate food it the restaurant we both got food poisoning and spent 4 of the 7 days in bed ill. On 4 occasions we tried speaking to the reception staff but they didn’t want to know,they said it was norovirus,they said it was normal to be sick it this area .They didn’t want to know how bad the food hygiene was in the restaurant with open dishes of food around the restaurant and the buffet area.they didn’t want to know that every dish being served was cold,they didn’t want to provide a microwave to heat the food.and most importantly they didn’t want to know when I told them they were putting raw meat on the hot plate with cooked meat and raw fish on the other hot plate with cooked fish,a shure way to to cause serious food poisoning. An example of how cold they serve food , a fresh dish of scrambled eggs served directly from the kitchen was stone cold and needed the use of the microwave. I’ve been to the other bluesea hotel across the road and that truly is a better option.i asked other guests their opinion and the majority agreed the food is bad and more than a few were also very sick.. The hotel is quite good the rooms are good but don’t for goodness sake eat there. I’m in the process of suing them for their lack of care.

L’aspect visuel est vraiment bien il n’y a rien à dire là dessus. Mais pour le reste, il s’agit du pire hôtel que j’ai pu fréquenter. Je suis restée 10 jours, mes draps n’ont pas été changés une seule fois, j’ai pu le constater car les mêmes taches sur les draps étaient présentes chaque jour .. j’y ai même trouvé un cheveu brun n’étant pas à moi .. Une bouilloire, deux tasses et un verre sont présents dans la chambre, n’ont jamais été changés, aujourd’hui je les ai trouvé à l’envers sur mon lavabo m’indiquant de les laver moi même .. La chambre n’est pas aspirée, les mêmes pelotes de poussières n’ont pas bougées depuis mon arrivée et la salle de bain présente des traces de crasses au niveau de la baignoire. Des traces de mains sont présents au niveau des carrelages au dessous des toilettes. La nourriture n’est clairement vraiment pas bonne, sans goût, et j’en suis tombée malade dès le troisième jour (n’ayant mangé qu’à l’hôtel). Je n’ai pas apprécié la pratique des boissons ayant l’air d’être en service à volonté, alors que facturées ensuite. Si vous arrivez après 20h00 au service du soir, il n’y a pratiquement aucun choix (choix très maigre en viande à toute heure) et à 21h le personnel devient désagréable nous indiquant en débarrassant très bruyamment qu’il faut partir et qu’on est clairement de trop. Les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées, que ce soit au niveau des portes de chambres ou des fenêtres. Je ne recommande clairement pas cet hôtel, qui ne devrait pas avoir 4 étoiles et qui est moins bien qu’un Ibis Budget.

Just got back on Monday after 4 day stay all inclusive wish I was back ! Hotel was very clean located in a good area if here for a week would have definitely explored more as lots to see ! Food was lovely especially on Valentine’s Day!! Entertainment was good also , I also have to comment on the pool side entertainer what a funny guy!! after the reviews I read I was little skeptical but honestly was a great hotel and thanks for having us crazy bunch 🤣 hope you stocked up on the tequila!!
